Rick was an exceptional sales consultant to work with. He listened to our needs and what we wanted. He was informative, not pushy and didn't mind taking whatever time was necessary to assist us with the purc listened to our needs and what we wanted. Rick got with the head of financing to find us the best interest rate possible and everyone was very accommodating to our schedules in completing this transaction. The second finance person that we worked with (which I regretfully do not remember his name but was told to call his the "only African guy here") was a very happy person and had a great attitude, just a joy to work with. We have had a couple of questions come up which we inquired to Rick and he was quick to respond with the information requested. I will likely return to consult with Rick in purchasing a new vehicle for myself when that time comes. I certainly hope that Rick will still be at Kia when I make that move. More
