Found a Chevy Aveo online at Kia, called and told it's available, so I took that hour long drive. Met Eddie whom went out to get Jonathan for me. I was a bit disappointed with the level of reaction time from the sales associates when we first walked in to Kia of West Orlando. My husband, children, and I were sitting there for more than 15 minutes bef from the sales associates when we first walked in to Kia of West Orlando. My husband, children, and I were sitting there for more than 15 minutes before someone came over to talk to us. I am not sure if it was the time of day, 3:45pm, but one or more sale associates seem a bit resistant to attend to us. Nevertheless, the vehicle we requested was in stock and Mr. Ammor was nice enough to show my husband the vehicle and allow my husband to test drive the vehicle. Overall, Mr. Ammor showed great customer service skills and he was friendly throughout the whole process and showed a good level of work ethics. On a side note; I believe the wait time to see the financial manager was unacceptable; we got there around 3:45pm and left the dealership around 9:15- 9:30pm. Apart from that our overall experience was good and we got the vehicle we when to purchase. More
