I needed to take in my 2024 seltos for an issue with my radiator house. I took it to the dealership after 4:00 pm without an appointment. Liz was very helpful she checked it and and said that she will call radiator house. I took it to the dealership after 4:00 pm without an appointment. Liz was very helpful she checked it and and said that she will call me within two hours. AND SHE DID! She informed me that they wanted to keep the car while waiting for the part so that it did not overheat. I explained to her that was my only form of transportation, and she got me into a rental.
