HE WAS REALLY GREAT SINCE THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE STORE. IM SPANISH AND USUALLY TRIED TO FIND A SPANISH SPEAKING PERSON AND THIS TIME I DIDNT NEED IT. These 2 employees were easy to work with, very friendly and and very helpful in getting me into a brand new 2011 Kia Soul. Mark Smith initially helped me out over the phone by letting me know they received and and very helpful in getting me into a brand new 2011 Kia Soul. Mark Smith initially helped me out over the phone by letting me know they received my internet credit rating and set up a time for immediate test drive. David Andrew took over from there and let me test drive my new car and helped me make sure that I had all proper paperwork ready to complete the deal the following day, all while getting me out in time for work and walking me to my new Kia Soul in a terrible storm. It was great to work with Hamza. He was very informative of what Kia had to offer and was knowledgable in finding the best solution for my financing issues. Overall, my experience with Kia Orlando was ex of what Kia had to offer and was knowledgable in finding the best solution for my financing issues.
