He did what he needed to do without trying to pressure me into putting more money into the car. He also has a great sense of humor. The employees are asked to have their customers write up reviews but I can honestly say I would have written an awesome review of Alexandra, Alberto and Kia West without anyone asking. They are that good! I love my brand new alien green Kia Soul 2013. It's outta this world. =) More

I had a GREAT experience with dealing with this dealership. I was able to go on their website and research the vehicles I was interested in. I filled out the online credit app and was called shor dealership. I was able to go on their website and research the vehicles I was interested in. I filled out the online credit app and was called shortly after I submitted that app to discuss what I was looking for. Rabbi and I spoke and were able to find a great deal on a vehicle that I didn’t think would be possible. They were able work out a deal and get me in a New 2012 Optima Hybrid. I was able to able to stop by after work test drive the car with Rabbi and loved that car from that moment. We sat down and started the paperwork process. I then worked with the finance manager Hicham to finalize the financing for the car. They were able to get me great financing and left with my new car that evening. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from this dealership and would go back again when I am ready for my next car. I also would recommend this dealership to any of my friends. More
