By far one of the simpliest car buying experiences ever....thanks only to Patricia and Jonathan. I went into this dealership with no intentions of buying a car. I had been looking around for about a month and they had recently posted the car I purchased online so my Fiance and I decided to go take a lo a car. I had been looking around for about a month and they had recently posted the car I purchased online so my Fiance and I decided to go take a look at it. As soon as we went to look at the car, which was parked right infront of the lot, Jon went out and greeted us and started talking to us about the car. He got the keys and let us look inside, I then test drove the car and I decided to give it a shot and see if I could finance it. I'm 22 years old so I am still building my credit. I was able to finance the car with no down payment at a pretty decent interest rate. Jon was very helpful during the whole process, he was friendly and wasn't pushy at all like they are in other dealerships. Overall my experience was great. I would definitely refer friends and family to go to Kia next time they are looking for a car. More

They were kind,and very helpful, they had all the answers to help me leave there with a car. oh! I did not mention patience, they even waited and sat through the time it took me to make arrangement to get Insurance and that took some time to do, good saleman ship will speak for it self when every one leave happy. A friend of mine Nadine recommended me, she praise them highly( Don and Jon) so I thought that I would give it a try. She was right, I would do the same to anyone who are looking for a great deal. My overall experience at Orlando Kia West was the best. I was so confused on everything nd what I wanted nd the sales consultant Rabii Chatoui came and help me really figure things out. He helped me pick out the right car for me and made sure he explained everything from the way the car was manufactured to the simple things as maintenance. He helped get me a great deal and but the end of the day I walked out with a brand new 2013 Kia Forte. Not only did he make sure that I was comfortable with my purschased he called me a few days later to make sure that I was still happy with the deal. Then when it came to the finance part Mr. Alberto Ahumada explained piece by piece of what I was signing and makin sure he took the time out to make sure that I fully understood what was going on. This was my first car that I bought nd I'm very happy with my purchase I definitely recommend that anybody buying a new car or any car stop by Orlando Kia West and ask for these nice gentleman.
