Originally Visited Orlando Kia North (Longwood) was so disgusted with the service and general professionalism that I almost could not bring myself to walk through the door of the West location. Thankfully I did or I would not be on the road with my brand new Forte Koup that I couldn't be any happier with. I was greeted very warmly by Anas Lazaar who instantly made me feel like more than just a sale to the dealership. Eager to help me achieve the most affordable price for my budget and was not discouraged by having to run many different numbers. Wish I could say the same about the other dealership. Anas definitely made the LONG process of purchasing a vehicle very enjoyable, I am looking forward to returning for maintenance. I also had the pleasure of working with David Andrews. The also VERY LONG process of finalizing and signing everything was still a great experience despite the late hour, we were not being pushed to make decisions or to get out of the door because it was after closing. David was definitely the cherry on top of a wonderful experience that was expected to be the complete opposite. A huge thank you again to the both of you for making my experience at Orlando Kia West one that should be setting examples to the other branches and all other dealerships in general. He did what he needed to do without trying to pressure me into putting more money into the car. He also has a great sense of humor. The employees are asked to have their customers write up reviews but I can honestly say I would have written an awesome review of Alexandra, Alberto and Kia West without anyone asking. They are that good! I love my brand new alien green Kia Soul 2013. It's outta this world. =) More

I had a GREAT experience with dealing with this dealership. I was able to go on their website and research the vehicles I was interested in. I filled out the online credit app and was called shor dealership. I was able to go on their website and research the vehicles I was interested in. I filled out the online credit app and was called shortly after I submitted that app to discuss what I was looking for. Rabbi and I spoke and were able to find a great deal on a vehicle that I didn’t think would be possible. They were able work out a deal and get me in a New 2012 Optima Hybrid. I was able to able to stop by after work test drive the car with Rabbi and loved that car from that moment. We sat down and started the paperwork process. I then worked with the finance manager Hicham to finalize the financing for the car. They were able to get me great financing and left with my new car that evening. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from this dealership and would go back again when I am ready for my next car. I also would recommend this dealership to any of my friends. More
