I was met outside of the dealership by a sharp professional young man. He introduced himself as did I. Hanza heard me out totally without any questions or comments (I liked that about him). We then proceeded to look around the lot to see what I might qualify for. We spotted two vechiles and he drove me around the block in one of them. I liked the ride but I didn't qualify for that particular car. We went inside, I did the initial paperwork, he explained what options I had and what I needed to do to complete my part of the application. Hanza promised he would do everything he could to get me in a car, he said "don't worry we will get you into a car" and he did. Hanza did any excellent job and he made me feel comfortable and not under any pressure. More

My husband and I will recommend to all our friends and family, Hamza Ammor went above and beyond the call of a sales person to get us into a car of our liking. With our credit everyone else turned us away Hamza and Hicham worked on our case for a week until they found a lender that accepted us as clients. When we went over to sign all the paperwork Hicham Belharsa was our finance guy( another great guy) he explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what he was explaining to us it was the smoothest car transaction my husband and I have ever had, looking forward to working with you guys in the future for another car someday. I was absolutely shocked at how rude the salesman at this dealership was. We were looking at a new Kia Rio but needed them to work with us on the APR or sticker price (which the salesman admitted to us dealership was. We were looking at a new Kia Rio but needed them to work with us on the APR or sticker price (which the salesman admitted to us was inflated by at least 3,000$). We asked for him to give us more value on our trade-in to bring the new car into a more reasonable price range. He said he would check. He then decided to insult our intelligence by bringing up a folded piece of paper to the table. He said, "This is what your trade-in is actually worth to us" and unfolded the paper to reveal a single dollar bill. We got up and left at that point because if that's how you're going to sell us a car, I can only imagine how you'll act once you have our money. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like being insulted and overpaying for budget cars. More
