I purchased a new Kia Forte on 02 MAY 2011 with the professional assistance of sales representative Diego Barroso and credit manager John Daniel at this dealership. This is my second new vehicle purcha professional assistance of sales representative Diego Barroso and credit manager John Daniel at this dealership. This is my second new vehicle purchase at this dealership in 3 years, and the 4th Kia my wife and I have owned together. I was initially interested in purchasing a new Kia Soul+ SUV. Diego, a true Kia product knowledge expert, showed me the both the pro's and con's of the Soul, and then took the time to explain the differences between that vehicle and the Forte. I feel that his actions and product knowledge really helped me in avoiding a costly mistake in purchasing a vehicle that would not fit my needs, and possibly lead to a dissatisfaction with the Soul and the Kia brand in the long run. With the exception of purchasing a Kia Sedona van, I have exclusively owned Kia SUV's (2001 Kia Sportage I purchased used, and the 2008 Kia Sorento I traded in towards my new Forte, purchased new in 2008), so I did not see myself as a "sedan guy", and I was very hard pressed to see otherwise. In situations like this, most other salesmen would roll over, agree with the customer (who are always correct, right?) and simply let the buyer drive off in a vehicle that did not fit his needs. Diego addressed my resistance to purchase a sedan with knowledge and professionalism, and helped me see that the Soul would not work for me in the long run. In an industry rife with people who are out to just get a paycheck, Diego countered my preconceived notions of a typical "car salesman", and truly stepped up to lead me to the correct vehicle to fit my needs, option requirements, and budget. Diego Barroso is a true credit to Orlando Kia, and I highly recommend him and this dealership if you are considering purchasing a Kia. More

I did not go into this dealership planning to buy a new car. However Mr. Faraldo was very persuasive, :) in a good way. All the sales people were extremely friendly and helpful. My salesperson, Rick Gerhardt took an excessive amount of time to meet my needs and requests on a new purchase. My past experiences going car shopping has been that, as soon as you walk in, all the car salepeople see are dollar signs. From the moment he greeted me, I felt instantly comfortable and under no pressure. He was courteous, pleasant and very knowledgeable about Kia products, promotions, features, and what makes Kia not just different, but better than other cars on the market. He worked hard and efficiently to put me in a car that I not only really liked, but that was efficient, and ideal for my budget, my needs, and the needs of my family. He put a face to the Kia mission. I will highly recommend ORlando Kia Wesr becaus of Mr. Barroso. More
