When I arrived at Orlando Kia West I was approached by Duric Vahid (a sales consultant) who came from the back and asked me if anyone has helped me. I was not ready to purchase at that very moment so I left. He gave me his personal phone number and later that day he continued to answer all my question. The whole time he was respectful and courteous. The next day I was ready to purchase my vehicle and I met with Hicham Belharsa, (Finance Manger) it was pretty busy that day (saturday) so he enlisted the aid of David Andrews (Finance Manager) to get my application started so I wouldn't have to wait a long time. David started the application process and explained everything to me. I had him in the past and he was awesome. Hicham finished the majority of the application and made it a seamless enjoyable process. He made sure I knew what I was paying for and that I understood all my warranties. All in all I am extremely satisfied with my interest rate and the level of customer service I received from these 3 gentlemen. I would definitely recommend these three any day to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

No matter how many challenges I threw his way... he found a way to make sure I got what I wanted. His charm and down-to-earth personality made me feel comfortable with my investment. Most importantly, he never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Michael exceeded all of my expectations and beyond. No deal would've been made if it wasn't for Charles Banks. Because of the amazing skills and patience of Charles Banks, I got my car at a price I could afford. Never knew I would get a car and a pair of Magic tickets to match!!! How could anyone say no to Hicham Belharsa when he's giving out Magic tickets?!? Last, but not least... my visit with Hicham. This guy is awesome! Not only does he have good fashion sense ( can't deny that haircut), he knows how to polish a deal. He's pretty smooth if you ask me. He can really make magic with those numbers. No wonder why he's got all the magic tickets!! Hicham made sure that as long as I'm driving a Kia ... I would be protected in my vehicle. He is very much so passionate about his career... and it shows. To be honest, I'm writing this review because of him. It was imperative that I inform you of Hicham's most valued service. This is my first experience of buying a new car. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful but two employees stuck out the most. He assisted me in all areas and made sure that I understood the entire process and helped me very much & didn't pressure me. They wanted to help me. These guys actually had me in tears because they really cared. I will & have recommended this dealership to all friends and family needing a vehicle. I just felt welcomed from the time I walked in and the time I walked out. They made my first car buying experience the best day ever. Anas is the most considerate salesman I have ever done business with, ans every time I go back to the dealership for service on my vehicles, he greets me like we known each other for years. A very nice gentleman and highly professional.What can I say about Jonathan? This man bent over backwards to get me the best deal on each of the cars I purchased, and when I needed assistance with a small issue, he was on the phone making sure it was taken care of, and he was doing this while he slammed with other customers needing assistance.Not to mention it wasn't even his job to take care of. This is a stand up, straight forward, customer first, very honest group of individuals. Having 3 cars from the same dealership means I spend a good amount of time there making sure these cars are taken care of, especially since 2 of them are the beautiful Optima Hybrids. These cars will only be serviced by Orlando Kia West service team, which is led by the highly customer oriented service manager Jamie. I have to say I am a bit picky when it comes to getting things done. I am surprised how it has not phased her at all when it comes to doing her job.
