The experience I had in purchasing a new 2014 Kia Soul was amazing! I handled the majority of the transaction over the phone and Donnie had 3 cars ready when I arrived. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the buying expeirence in the laid back atmosphere. Overall, my experience was excellent. I have visited Kia West multiple times for oil changes and each time Jonathan Casiano has helped me.
