We actually had to go find someone to help us. All in all we weren't taken seriously. We decided to give KIA West a chance and we were immediately greeted with a very friendly and most importantly informative sales rep. Asli walked us through the process, explaining to us not only the important aspects of the vehicles themselves but also how one goes about selecting and financing a car. My partner and I had a lot of specific questions that KIA East dealership wouldn't really answer, but Asli was upfront and honest about what we needed to know. Not only that but she seemed genuinely happy to get to know us and excited for our purchase. I had always thought of buying a car through a dealership to be an annoying process I never wanted to experience but my mind has been changed. My partner and I had been looking for a car for a few months because every other dealership we had visited just didn't seem like they either knew what they were doing or they seemed only interested in getting us in a car we didn't want. Asli let us shop around the lot as much as we pleased and made the whole experience fun, which I didn't know it could be. Definitely recommend buying through this dealership, especially with Asli. More
