This was the ideal. Realistically, however, I was curious as to whether they would honor what was advertised on their flyer. The customer service was excellent--from the greeter, to sales, to finance. In one afternoon, I left with a 2014 black KIA Soul (ext. and int.), automatic transmission, power everything, a space in the back with a floor guard for my cart. I was so excited to meet with her and work out a deal. When I arrived to the dealership, she did not disappoint. She was courteous and kind and extremely helpful. Being a female , I DREAD going to the car dealerships alone, bc the men are rude and aggressive. Asli was helpful and tried to find me the best deal. I recommend her and her sales practices, I worked with David Andrews in management, he was courteous, still waiting to see how the financial parts meet up with my goal of my monthly payments. What I particularly liked about both Asli and David, is that they LISTENED to what I KNEW I could afford, and didn't try to swindle me into higher monthly payments than I knew I could afford and was interested in keeping my payments and interest rate low.. I am waiting to finalize the deal and see if everything between financing and servicing of my Audi is within my expectations, and I feel confident that they will deliver... up to this point, it has been great and most of all comfortable More

We actually had to go find someone to help us. All in all we weren't taken seriously. We decided to give KIA West a chance and we were immediately greeted with a very friendly and most importantly informative sales rep. Asli walked us through the process, explaining to us not only the important aspects of the vehicles themselves but also how one goes about selecting and financing a car. My partner and I had a lot of specific questions that KIA East dealership wouldn't really answer, but Asli was upfront and honest about what we needed to know. Not only that but she seemed genuinely happy to get to know us and excited for our purchase. I had always thought of buying a car through a dealership to be an annoying process I never wanted to experience but my mind has been changed. My partner and I had been looking for a car for a few months because every other dealership we had visited just didn't seem like they either knew what they were doing or they seemed only interested in getting us in a car we didn't want. Asli let us shop around the lot as much as we pleased and made the whole experience fun, which I didn't know it could be. Definitely recommend buying through this dealership, especially with Asli.
