Asli is the sweetest ,warm hearted kind woman. I think we just happened to go there at end of Month and in the rush of her trying to achieve her goal of car sales. Some of our paperwork had gotten lost ,misplaced and unfortunetly caused us to miss a flight, And be poor ,for a week because :our down payment check was mistakenly deposited ahead of schedule and caused numerous over draft fee's. An unfortunate human error. But ...Do know they took care of problem and were very sympathetic. But I have to Honestly say they are Tolerant, Honest, Hard working , Caring people. I Love My KIA. My first and last experience with Orlando Kia West I never again !! On the top of all my bad experience in this place. Right now my Insurance card ID is missing and they gave me somebody else insurance I never again !! On the top of all my bad experience in this place. Right now my Insurance card ID is missing and they gave me somebody else insurance ID card. They make me believe that the car will be approved by Kia Finance , They ask me for personal information without been approved it by the bank, the saleswomen change my tag from my trade in car to the new car. They let me to take a car from the dealer that it wasn't approved by the bank putting me in the risk of possible accident and legal problems. I CALL HER AND SHE TOLD ME"'that it was possible that she gave me somebody else private information but she was sure that she return to me my ID''. This comment shows that she don't care about her mistake of given somebody else ID to another person . In the same way somebody else have my information. She didn't tell that she will double check her papers works. This is very WEIRD and SUSPICION the way that this place try to sell cars . This happens to me on LABOR DAY, they make me waste more than 4 hours instead of be honest with me and let me go. I couldn't keep going with my car shopping to another dealers , they were acting making me believe that were working with the numbers and payment directly with Kia financial . When finally they make me believe that I got what the deal that I was looking for the sales women send me to the financial office , In the office the guy make a comment "' OH THIS IS A GOOD INTEREST FOR A CAR!! it was supposed to be 5.25 percent. He was acting in front of me. He makes sign a lot of papers and the end he told to come next day to sign the last document because the bank wasn't open at that time , he told that the payment on that page that they usually fill out for you didn't change. He told me "" this paper is the same as this one at the same time that he was making reference holding in hands the doc that I was supposed to sign the next day ( Tuesday). When I went on Tuesday around 7:00 pm they make me wait, They came to me with another story and more lies. The interest was higher and the monthly payment was higher. I gave then the new car keys and I took my car back home. Thanks God I find out the true about how they make profit base on lies and been dishonest and not professional. More
