I knew it was time to trade my 1997 Ford Mustang. Just had no time- with work and scheudles. I went in on my lunch break, met Ken Adams told him this had to be short and sweet. I picked out the car and did most of the paperwork on that visit. Went back the next day and picked up the car. The staff, and yes even the finance guy was pleasent. I had 2 items on the punch list, and they they took care of everthing. My first oil change is scheduled. I had done my research on KIA, and the FORTE was for me. Its been 3 weeks now and all is well. After purchasing my vehicle almost 4 months ago,I'm still waiting for the back seat headrests that I have been promised they were getting. FYI its illegal to sell a vehicle with out the headrests( thier statement) I went back to dealership to get a second temporary tag because there was a lien on the car that wasn't taken care of before they sold it and while I was there asked about the headrests again. Thier first excuse was they were in the garage of the person who previously owned the car and that person was in Switzerland and as soon as she returned they would get them and call me to pick them up......sure. ......I have called juan fernandez the SALES MANAGER numerous times and left messages but no one seems to listen to thier voicemail to return my call but they were blowing my phone up before I purchased the car but now I can't even get a return call. I would not recommend this dealership not even to my enemy. My next recourse is to notify the local tv station on what bad customer service they have. More

I walked into the Kia dealership, on a whim, after just test driving a Toyota. David listened to what I was telling him, knowledgable about the vehicles, efficient in handling the paperwork, and it was test driving a Toyota. There was no high pressure sales pitch. I wasn't shifted from a "greeter" to a person who would show me the cars, to a person who would fill out the paperwork. David was with me from the moment I walked in to the moment we closed the deal. He handled the credit check, and didn't keep me waiting for anything. No one tried to sell me any special under-carriage coating for the car (I always hated when dealers played that game), top coat to protect the paint, or any other bull. I was prepared for the sales pitch for the extended warranty, which I planned to purchase anyway. Through 40 years of car purchases, this was the most pleasant and efficient experience ever. More
I was looking for and bought a 2012 KIA Optima SX from KIA Orlando West. I was helped by Anas Lazaar who was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted a Corsa Blue Optima SX. Anas went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my vehicle and is part of the reason why I rated the experience as 5 (Great). Although the dealership is about a 1 1/2 hr drive the experience was worth it and sometime in the near future will be going back to help look for a Sportage or Sorento for my mother. Others have asked about the Optima and I have referred them to KIA Orlando West and for them to have Anas help them. Just be realistic when buying that the price can change a few thousand dollars quickly from multiple state and federal taxes, licenses, fees and other required charges that are added. More
The sales GM was probably the most unprofessional, rude, not welcoming person I have ever met. I was ready to purchase a car, but I guess all he saw in me is a college student. Do not waste your time going to this dealership, I got better costumer service down the street with Hyundai and Nissan, also their prices are right as it is advertised. More
This delearship should be closed down. They used bait and switch tactics on us . We were told we would have a two year service aggreement ( coupons) for our new car purchase. we were told we would get tinted windows ( but we had to give the sales force a 10 on the survey after the sale. There were items on the sales sticker that were not even on our vehicle. This dealership should be closed down. The senior management must know what is happening at their company. This group fits right in with the typical car salesman stereo type. More
