At first I had went onto KIA online and shopped around for cars on the lot and had a few interests of my own that I have selected and went to KIA City off of Orange Blossom Trail which had very poor servi for cars on the lot and had a few interests of my own that I have selected and went to KIA City off of Orange Blossom Trail which had very poor service and did not help at all for what I was looking for. Then I was directed to Orlando KIA West where there were a few cars that I would be interested in. Arriving there I was greeted by general manager Anaz Lazaar where he showed me a few used cars that were on sale. (Now let me say this, one thing I hate most about dealerships is the whole "gauntlet" feeling where everyone bothers you all at once trying to sell you a car right then and there. Not here, they were very generous of helping us but as well as taking time for me to check each car out. I didnt not feel like I was being bombarded by salespeople here.) Anaz took the time to check out certain prices for each car as well as give us price options, then I came across a 2007 KIA Sportage, only 70,000 on the tank selling for $10,000 which was definitely in my price range. Instantly I fell in love with the car and he helped me out so much in narrowing my price down as well as checking the car for all of its services done to it. I noticed a nail in one of the tires and they replaced all of the tires, also the windshield had a few key-mark scratches on it and so they replaced it for me as well as check my brakes, my transmission and everything for free. I was very satisfied in the service I was given while visiting Orlando KIA West, they even filled up my tank for me as I drove out of the lot with the car that night. He even went above and beyond for my mother when she wanted one of the commercial stuffed hamsters in a green sweater on top of purchasing this car, he pulled some strings and was able to get her one. Today, the car runs very smooth and I plan to go back in two years to purchase a brand new car, which I hope by then, it will be a new green KIA Soul! Thank you Anaz, you are awesome my friend! More

I would recommend this dealership, as it has great customer service. The sales employees do not seem like they are out to get your money. Majdi Jlaiel, was our salesperson. I would give him all 5's for the 2 cars we bought. He was very professional and worked very hard to get us the car we wanted on both sales. He was great! Where my 1's com 5's for the 2 cars we bought. He was very professional and worked very hard to get us the car we wanted on both sales. He was great! Where my 1's come in would be with finance and the managers. My first car I bought a brand new 2013 Kia sorento sx v6 with the highest package. I added gap and the extended warrenty. I was driving from Ocala which is about 1 1/2 away. I drove down a total of 3 times. The third time was to pick up the car. We were told to bring $2,000 as a down payment and we would be set. I called when I was about an hour away to make sure they would still be open and able to do the deal, as I was going to arrive about 30 minutes to closing. I talked to the manager John and was told it was fine. Nothing more.. once I arrive.. I am told that we are going to need to put an additonal $1000.00 down. Which, this was never said to me over the phone! I was pissed. I new this was added because they new I would just pay it, since I had dealt with this deal for 3 days and had driven so far. I ended up talking him down to $500.00. So my new down payment was $2500.00. Thought that was really low and a dirty way to do business. I ended up totaling my car 1 1/2 months after purchasing. So after this happened. I went down back to Majdi Jlaiel. and bought the same car again. I really liked how he did service, and wanted to give him the sale, even though I really didnt want anything to do with finance or John. After purchasing the 2nd car (over $80,000 in car sales) we found out that the GAP we had purchased was never transfered over to Resource. (the GAP company). I went into the dealership on July 29th and verified that GAP was on my last car, and it was. So July 30th at 11:30, I call the dealership and ask them to call and handle the issue of them not transfering the GAP papers over to Resource. As I have 3 children, own my own business and work a night job. So I do not have time to be dealing with THEIR mistake. I was told I would be called back. I never heard anything for a few hours. So I call back.. and so and so all day talking to the people listed above. By 5:30 I called and was talking to Juan. Who was acting like he did not care about anything that was going on. Kept telling me he was to busy.. So I was becoming a little irrate at this point. I told him I had spent $80,000. dollers at his dealership and that he needed to treat me like a valued customer. He would interupt everything I was saying and said that he was going to transfer me to someone else. I told him no, I wanted this handled now. He then started laughing and then hung up on me. I then called back and a receptionist answered. I told her I had been laughed at and hung up on, by Juan and that I wanted to speek to his manager. She informed me that the manager would need to call me back. I said no, I will wait, as nobody has seemed to be able to call me back all day (since 11:30am). She then hung up on me. So I call back again, and get a different receptionist. I told her what was going on and she transfered me to John ( the manager that helped us with our first car). (By this point. I was about ready to drive down to this dealership and tell them to keep their car.. I was threw) So John gets on the phone and I start telling him everything thats going on. Meanwhile, he is interupting everything I am saying.. Which I will admit I was almost yelling. But he told me that I need to calm down and its not his fault that I totalled my car. which I inform him that it is not MY fault, that he never transfered my paperwork, and now I have been dealing with an issue they should have already handled, since 11:30am. He then tells me hes been so busy and sold 11 cars today, so hes been to busy to deal with my issue. WOW! THANKS.. ITS NOT LIKE I'VE BEEN BUSY OR ANYTHING. I MEAN I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET YOU'R MISTAKE CORRECTED ALL DAY. BUT THATS SO NICE TO HEAR THAT I'M JUST NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH, AND YOU'VE JUST BEEN TO BUSY TO HELP ME TODAY. He then interupts me again.. and tells me I need to calm down over and over, while he just keeps saying that I need to learn respect. Respect is something the 3 listed above should learn. Calling your customer back when you tell them you will, not interupting your customer, and trying to get the mistake you made corrected, instead of saying your to busy to help me with it. Would be respect. Orlando Kia West is lacking respect!! This issue is still not resolved as I write this. As John informed me that he would need to "call me back". Something I have been told about 9-12 times today. Besides the 2 times I was hung up on. I believe there is a huge lack of respect at this dealership. Not only was I stupid enough to come back, as they scammed me with money the 1st time. But I honestly should have handled this GAP issue and went to a different dealership to purchase my second car. When you spend over $80,000 at one dealership. They should at least treat you with enough respect to handle an issue that was their fault. Not at all mine. As well as call me back when they say they will. Also, to Juan and the receptionist. I have never been laughed at and hung up on. I will not only write a review here. But anywhere I can find a place to write one. Juan has the worst customer service as well as the receptionist. I will never be back to this dealership. This is the last KIA I will ever buy. Thanks to Juan and the receptionist. More
I walked into the Orlando Kia West location and the first person I met was Rick Gerhardt, he was standing at the desk ready to serve me. As I prepared myself for this new purchase, I was not only pleased wi person I met was Rick Gerhardt, he was standing at the desk ready to serve me. As I prepared myself for this new purchase, I was not only pleased with the selections, but I was also pleased with the saleman as well. Rick had the knowledge and answers to all of my questions without hesitation. He made me feel comfortable in knowing that I was making the right selection. I told him what I was looking for, the color, and the style. Rick took that information and ran with it. I also explain to him that if I was not approved based on my own merits let me know and let me go home. Rick gave me a confident look and said, I'll be back with your answer soon. Shortly after our conversation, Rick came back to congratulate me on being a new car owner and I am so very pleased with my New 2013 Kia Sorento. Rick, I want to thank you and Mr. Oludaren for being so patient, understanding and helpful toward me as I was purchasing my new vehicle. You two are the best and yes, I will recommend you again and again. I will look for the both of you when I return there for my oil change soon. Take care and don't stop being the helpful and kind gentle men that you both are. My God continue to bless you and your families. Ms. Bea Wright More
I am a very satisfied new owner of the Kia Optima. Rick Gerhardt was our sales consultant and he is top notch! My fiance and I wanted to take our time in making the right purchase for our next car and Rick Gerhardt was our sales consultant and he is top notch! My fiance and I wanted to take our time in making the right purchase for our next car and Rick was patient, informative, and not pushy like many sales guys! Rick delivered exactly what we wanted at an affordable price. I have had several Nissan's previously and have been disappointed by the local Orlando dealerships. Nothing compares to the service you get at Orlando Kia West. I would recommend Rick to everyone and I will definitely continue to keep my business with Orlando Kia West in the future. More

Orlando KIA was advertising $5000 for any trade now mater what i took my car in and they told me that max they would give me was 4250. Had my car not broken down on the way there i would have just left. only what i took my car in and they told me that max they would give me was 4250. I spend almost 5 hours there waiting around on people to make a decision even though I had my financing in order. It took so long I had to leave and get something to eat because I began to shake with a migraine headache from not eating for so long. I saw other customers there about as long as I was. They have got to speed up the process in order to have repeat customers. I will be telling others to stay away from there unless they improve the process. When I addressed the issue I was told the owner was there. The owner should care about his customers more than to schedule an all hands meeting during times that customers are on the floor waiting to be served. More
