ONE AMAZING LADY!! I have been working with Asli a few months about getting a vehicle. But because of my credit it was hard to be at the payments I truly wanted. I had no intention of purchasing a car during my visit however, Ms. Miller had other plans. I had an appointment set up at another dealership a totally missed it because of the interest level that she sparked in me during her intro. "You will be leaving in a Kia" she stated... She waited patiently as I pondered the different options that would be included with my new purchase. I fell in love with the Optima. It was stylish, roomy and affordable. What more could one ask for?!? At the conclusion of the matter, I felt that Ms. Miller and Mr. Andrews were very helpful and transparent. I appreciate their honesty and their willingness to help create a comfort level with what could have been a stressful decision. The team at Orlando Kia West was awesome!!! Thank you team! $25,500 for a Soul+ ?? We worked with Patricia MIller. She was very helpful and friendly. Where things fell apart was on pricing. The Kia sticker on the Soul was $19,915. Orlando Kia West added another $5,600 for such items as door guards, iPod cable, and sport visors. This is a tactic used to inflate the car price so the customer thinks they are getting a good deal when the numbers are moved around during the negotiation . After way too much haggling, the best deal they offered was $22,000. We left Orlando Kia West and went to another dealer where we got the exact same car for $1,500 less. Do yourself a favor: 1) Know the fair price for your new car (use Consumer Reports or TrueCar.com), 2) Know what your trade-in is worth before setting foot on the dealers lot. More

Except for my Toyota My last 4 cars have been a luxury import,but I was tired of the high payments. I expected to leave unimpressed but ended up leaving with a car as a 100% satisfied customer. My sales person was Ronald. He made me feel comfortable without the high pressure sales. In finance victor new interest rate and payment were a major factor. I was very happy when I came to sign the papers and my interest rate was lower than previously quoted. He did what he said he would do. Ronald and victor wanted me to leave a satisfied customer which was quite refreshing. My daughter will need a car this summer and I will be a returning customer. More

I started out that day not knowing if my trade value would work out for my particular financial situation. When I got there, Asli was waiting. Asli was delightful to work with. In no time at all, we were out on the lot looking at the cars in stock. She worked above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I bought the only car I wanted--2015 Optima, and the only car I liked--Premium Package with Navigation. She listened intently to the list of desires I had in mind for my next car and searched the lot. Indeed, I was especially super-happy and quite surprised with the special color of Black Cherry!! I have not seen a car color in my life that looked so elegant, sparkling, and just plain FOR ME!!!! In addition, David in Finance was very thorough and pleasant to work with. The paperwork flowed in an organized manner and he addressed every question and concern that I had. Brian, in Detail, did a marvelous job to make my new car shine.
