The dealership had alot of great cars on the lot and no lack of sales people to help out. We went earlier in the week and were lucky enough to get Mr. Lazaar as our sales rep. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and took us to exactly what we were looking for. He explained to us all about the car and was patient with our 2 year old. When we came back to make our decision tonight we had decided to go with a different car. We took up alot of time but he was with us all the way and did everything he could to help us out. My 2 year old loved him and he was more than understanding. Not only do I recommend this dealership but also Mr. Lazaar! Can't wait to drive our Kia home tomorrow! More
Was very pleased with purchasing the new 2013 KIA Optima EX. My sales rep was Rabii Chatoui. He was very friendly and helpful in every way possible. We Went on a test drive, he knew all the features and benefits of every car and delivered outstanding customer service. I decided to go with the 2013 Optima EX we agreed on the numbers and he started the process quickly. Finally when all the papers were signed and the car was cleaned and ready for me to drive home, Rabii sat down with me and went over all the Owners Manuals and any question i had about the car. 2 day later i took my father and purchased a 2013 KIA Optima SXL from Rabii. I will highly recommend Rabii and Orlando KIA West to all my Friends and family. I know anyone will have an outstanding experience purchasing a KIA from Rabii. More

I have ever only bought one other car from a buy a pay here lot and the experience was terrible. Kia Orlando West and Michael completely changed my car buying experience. I had emailed Michelle to get some pricing and finance options. She was very helpful and set up a appointment for me to come in and test drive that evening. When I arrived I worked with Michael. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in looking at the Kia Soul. I didn't know if I would be able to leave that night with it because of my credit. But Michael did everything possible in order to. He even stayed an hour and a half past closing times to make sure I got insurance set up on the car. All in all it was a great experience and I adore my new car! More
Price could of been better, however Phil put me in a new 2013 Forte and everthing has been great so far. They had no problem taking my beat up Solara and working with me. Phil was upfront and honest. He did told me exactly what it would take to get in a new car. Just be aware of finance manager. He tried to sell me extra protection for my new car. He said it would be $72/month for 24 months starting in October. Also said my car would be financed for $20/month less if I purchased the extra plan. After signing the papers, he told me I needed to pay a down payment of around $193.00. This was not disclosed to me until after I signed. So, I turned down the extra protection since he was not upfront with me about the plan. Finally, the monthly payments are exactly the same as if I would have taken the plan. So, he was trying to mislead me in purchasing this plan. So, buyers beware! If you want someone who is quick, friendly and upfront with you with no messing around, go see Phil! More
