Here are words you rarely use when talking about a car-buying experience: Ethical, honest, helpful, cheerful, non-pushy, non-manipulative, respectful. That was Asli and more. This is my second Kia Optima lease and I had such a bad experience with the previous dealership (Deland Kia) that I was willing to drive out of my way to find an honest one. The first 2 dealers I called (Orlando Kia North and Orlando Kia East) lied to me on the phone and refused to honor the special that was on their own websites. One of them even told me I had to be "in the military, in college, and a previous Kia owner--all 3" in order to qualify for it. Obviously that was ludicrous and not the terms of the deal on the website. He persisted. I hung up. Enter Asli! A breath of fresh air. She honored the special on the website, kept in touch with me constantly by text and phone, met my price and terms, and handled the transaction quickly and honestly. Later when I had a follow-up issue (my fault not hers), she was extremely gracious and helpful. I actually brought her flowers to thank her.
