This is the second car (both Kia Soul's) I've bought from Orlando Kia West. I've had great experiences both times. I got the car I loved at a great deal. I enjoyed my experience so much, I brought my brother down today and he got a brand new Kia Soul. Again the experience was wonderful. They really helped him out in a major way considering his credit wasn't that great. They explained e logistics of finance world which made our decision easier to make on how we would go about purchasing the car. I just wanna thank you guys for your hard work and being so great! I love my Kia and it was great to see the smile on my brother and his wife face. They went from owning a broken down car to getting a new car! I was blown away at the level of customer service I received at all levels. Our sales rep Gus responded very quickly to all our questions. He had a very warm and friendly personality. We went here to get a better deal about a month ago, it didn't work out at the time but Mark's persistance in making something work for them and us really payed off. I would highly recommend Mark and Alberto to seal the deal with anyone to work out something that may fit their needs. Mark didn't give us any BS and seemed like a regular guy, not just some salesman. Alberto was extremely helpful and open to help us with the financial end of things and really worked out the deal to make it happen from that standpoint. Nice bunch of folks over there. More
