They will no longer receive my business and I warn you to heavily consider the value of not only your budget but also your time before choosing this location. I bought my car in today because the passenger side headlight went out. We weren't sure if it was just the light or an electrical problem so the first service rep. suggested it would be beneficial to do a diagnostic. The diagnostic was quoted as $89.95 however we were told if the service recommended was done the diagnostic costs would be waived. After sitting for close to an hour another customer service rep, tony, arrives to share that they tightened the terminal inside the lamp and replaced the bulb. My total cost $117.44 before taxes. The bulb itself cost only $ 27.59 LABOR FOR THE HOUR $89.85. When I remarked how the labor conveniently reflected the cost of the diagnostic which we were told would not be charged if the car was repaired, tony explained that now the labor costs per hour was $89.95. REALLY!!! $89 to put in a light bulb!! They can charge whatever they want for labor and I keep all of my invoices to show that fact. I'm not asking for a free service but $89 is excessive! To add injury to insult we still sat for another 35 minutes before my husband got frustrated and went to ask what was taking so long to cash us out if the car was now fixed. Tony's response....we were just about to close out the ticket. Our last experience I was quoted over $700 for front breaks, wheel alignment, replacing a flex coupler and an oil change. When my husband arrived and questioned why the price was so high, all of a sudden there were discounts that could be applied and we walked away paying a little less than $450.00. Again you weight the costs. I prefer to deal with a place a little more ethical than this. More

Great experience at Orlando Kia West, Mike Severino This was my first experience at Orlando Kia West...i have been a Kia Sorento owner since 2014 (purchased at another Orlando Kia dealership). however, This was my first experience at Orlando Kia West...i have been a Kia Sorento owner since 2014 (purchased at another Orlando Kia dealership). however, a recent visit there made me consider Orlando Kia West. From the time my wife and I walked in to we left was just a GREAT experience. We have received a call prior from Rick, the customer Service Manager, who had arranged for Mike Severino to be our host for shopping. Mike showed us several vehicles based on what we were looking for. In the end, we left with something exactly to our liking, a perfect fit for the vehicle, the price, the financing - Mike was great to work with us, gave us plenty of time to privately discuss our options and decision. We are very pleased with the entire experience. More

Well beyong good! My wife and I went to see The Kia Soul. We were introduced to Salesman Achraf Lazaar. He told us what a great product the dealership was offering. Just recently coming out of bankrupcy, I was intent on keeping my 2006 Scion XB with 60,000 miles on it. She wanted to see The Soul. We could not fit abrand new Soul in our budget. Achraf showed us what was in inventory of pre-owned Souls.We found a 2013, was was very impressed. Achraf showed us all the features this car had. He worked with us as far as finincial wise, that we could make the transaction. I was sorry to leave my XB, but The Soul was a incredible car, not to mention this cas was warranteed for 100,0000 miles on the drivetrain. Wow this manufacturer is really confident in their product. In closing Achraf and the Kia dealership, in my estimation, went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Horrible after-purchase customer service. Never again. I am so disappointed with this dealership. My mother, sister and I all purchased vehicles from Orlando Kia West in late August/early September. We were promised a $100 referral bonus for any person we referred who purchased a vehicle. I referred my mother and a family friend, and my mother referred my sister. While I have received my $200 bonus, my mother has yet to even get a return phone call. We have been trying to get someone to respond since September. Not a single person has bothered to return any phone call - and there have been several. We were referred to an Udell, and he is apparently never in the office, or if he is - doesn't answer his phone and doesn't return phone calls. I have tried to call Denise in Accounting, and she never returned my phone call either. We had such a pleasant (though long) experience actually purchasing the cars, and we're thrilled with the incentives to buy (at the time), and loved dealing with David in Finance. But since that day - we haven't heard anything from anyone. Any call made is met with - I'll take a message and give it to my managers who are in another meeting right now, and they'll call back as soon as they can. Seriously disappointed in this dealership, and I will not be recommending anyone to purchase, based on the customer service we haven't received. More
