It starts with a test drive, then a "sit down" followed by a test to see how long you will tolerate sitting there alone waiting for them (apparently the longer you wait the more of a sucker they expect you to be), then the offers begin. They all seem to use the same form, writing out your offer and asking you to ''sign" it, as if it doesn't mean anything unless you put your name on it. All part of the game they play. Of course you can't ever meet directly with the manager who is actually making the decision; the salesperson shuttles back and forth, again making you wait for excessive amounts of time. The longer you will tolerate, this the better for them. I think they're taught to wear you down with the long waits, so you eventually get to the point of saying, "okay, okay...let's just get it over with", and accepting their offer. Having said that, Asli and Jean were great. Very professional, enthusiastic and eager to help. The most impressive thing is that Asli actually helped me AFTER the sale. The chip for the navigation was missing and she had one ordered and called when it came in. Very nice! I'm used to - once the deal is done - they are done with you. Way to go Asli! Hats off to Duric in finance too. He did a great job and didn't waste my time. More

I got the exact vehicle I wanted AND payments within my budget! I called before going to confirm that they were offering over the Kelly blue book price they said yes but never said I had to purchase a brand new vehicle. They then offered me less than Carmax and less than the Blue book value. I then decided I wanted to look at used cars to purchase a second vehicle and the salesperson wouldn't even walk out on the lot with us. She pointed us across the street and walked away. She was very pushy in trying to run my credit because she didn't want to waste her time if it wasn't going to be approved. which i felt was very judgmental and unprofessional. I actually used to work at a car dealership so i'm very familiar with the business and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I was very unsatisfied when i left and ended up going to Daytona Automall and they were wonderful, not too pushy and found exactly what we were looking for.!! They actually insisted we find something we like before we run our credit which is exactly how the process goes. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. More

Money for them.They have no clue on the process to take advantage of any special service you may require that you paid into. Extended service warranty, service packages, GAP insurance, etc. Their job is to make the sale and for you to move on with your life. Don't turn back for any questions. That's asking way too much. Your messing with their commission they can try suck out of someone else by wasting their time dealing with you. You already been sold. There's no money in you for them to take any more. It's always smiling teeth before the sale, after..."sorry dude, can't help you. Take care!" More
