I was met outside of the dealership by a sharp professional young man. He introduced himself as did I. Hanza heard me out totally without any questions or comments (I liked that about him). We then proceeded to look around the lot to see what I might qualify for. We spotted two vechiles and he drove me around the block in one of them. I liked the ride but I didn't qualify for that particular car. We went inside, I did the initial paperwork, he explained what options I had and what I needed to do to complete my part of the application. Hanza promised he would do everything he could to get me in a car, he said "don't worry we will get you into a car" and he did.
