False advertising My son purchased his first car from here. When he went and looked at the car he was told it was $21000. They then told him $18000. I looked at the onl My son purchased his first car from here. When he went and looked at the car he was told it was $21000. They then told him $18000. I looked at the online price and it was $15990. I was told that is the CASH price for the car (which it didn't say anywhere online). I told them that was false advertising and was told that all dealers advertised the online price knowing it is cash only. That is a lie. I talked with my son and told him to leave and look elsewhere. When he started to leave they gave in and gave the car for $16990 and he was to get $3000 for his trade. When the paperwork was completed he asked (trusted) the finance manager about the price of the car and confirmed (verbally) that he was getting $3000 for his trade. He was told yes we will take care of you. He signed the papers and left with the car. When we reviewed the contract later that night they only gave him $1000 for his trade. When we tries to go up no one could do anything but the finance manager that wrote the contract and of course he wasn't there. I understand that you have to review all the information on the contract but this was his first time buying anything that pricey. He trusted the people he was dealing with and got taught a hard lesson about this industry, they are not your friends and only take care of themselves. I would never recommend this dealership. They are dishonest and will say anything to get you to buy a car. More

Devon was very patient, taking the time to explain features and pointing out the tradeoffs across the options. We finally decided on one model, went through the financial options (buy versus lease) as well as trading in our old vehicle. We got a great value on the trade in and a great price on the vehicle that we ended up leasing. I also want to thank David Andrew for a great experience working through all of the financial documentation. We will be back in the future. More
