Domingo was very pleasant and assisted us in finding our 2017 Sedona. Domingo worked with us until we were satisfied. David Andrews in finance worked with us to obtain a credit rating we could live with. We had one issue about getting a second key to the vehicle, however, Domingo worked with us the entire time and with the assistance of Idel Suira we were able to obtain our second key. Kudos to all the staff. I have to say Domingo was extremely patient with us as we were not easy customers. Domingo deserves a raise. We will certainly recommend Orlando Kia West to anyone looking a vehicle. The entire organization deserves a five star rating. Thank! More

Service is great except that they did not wash my car as re, Service repair was great , they gave me a ride home and picked me up, lounge service area was great too! Also, free WiFi access while waiting for your car at the lounge.The only thing they did not do this time which they normally do was my car did not get washed as requested. Other than that , I love going to KIA for service. They are all friendly! More
