Didn't check the paperwork and more I set up an appointment for an oil change and to get the engine harness replaced for a factory recall. When my wife arrived and was asked about the service, she forgot ot to mention the oil change, and only discussed the replacement of the straps. They did finish earlier than we expected while he is good. But upon talking to my wife after she left I learned that the oil change was not done. I called to find out what happened. I talked with a service agent who passed me along to the man we worked with. The line got cut off I thought. I called him again and explained what happened. A different lady apologized and sent me to his phone again. Apparently he was busy and did not have voicemail so the phone cut off again. I called a third time and explained everything that happened and this new lady apologized again and took my information. So... After 20 minutes of this someone took my info. He returned my call which was good and I asked about what happened and I was told that it was busy. I asked if it was a normal practice to check the reservation and was told yes. He said there was an opening that same day but my wife could not one back the same day and I was at work all day. Though my wife did forget to mention the oil change, had he followed through with the procedure and checked the paperwork, he would have seen that I needed an oil change. I called and set up a other appointment next week for that and one other thing. If this occurs again, I will not be taking my car back there, which is sad because they used to be quite good. Car Purchase Had a great experience with the sales team. Tye was super and really went out of his way to make the deal work. Unfortunately things went south when we met with David Andrews the Finance Manager. For some reason he kept pushing for my friend to purchase the GAP insurance through KIA. I wonder why? We must have told him about 3 times that NO we did not want the GAP insurance. He went as far as saying that people who don't purchase the GAP insurance should not be buying new cars. WHAT!!!!? He even offered to lower the interest rate if my friend were to take the GAP insurance he was offering. Last time I checked banks controlled the interest rates and not the dealers..... makes you wonder. David was clearly flustered and upset which I thought was completely unprofessional. You don't guilt or force your opinions on anyone, especially a customer who just purchased a brand new vehicle. Last time I looked this was a free country and we had the right to choose. Needless to say we completed the transaction and my friend was able to purchase GAP insurance through her auto insurance broker MUCH CHEAPER. NEVER buy extended warranties or insurance through the dealer. As a matter of fact you are better off walking into any dealer with a car loan already approved from your own bank. This way you know the interest rates are not being manipulated by the dealer. Shame on the Finance Dept! More

A very satified customer Recently purchased our 2017 Kia Sedona. When we entered the showroom, we were privileged to meet Domingo Figueron. Domingo was very pleasant and assis Recently purchased our 2017 Kia Sedona. When we entered the showroom, we were privileged to meet Domingo Figueron. Domingo was very pleasant and assisted us in finding our 2017 Sedona. Domingo worked with us until we were satisfied. David Andrews in finance worked with us to obtain a credit rating we could live with. We had one issue about getting a second key to the vehicle, however, Domingo worked with us the entire time and with the assistance of Idel Suira we were able to obtain our second key. Kudos to all the staff. I have to say Domingo was extremely patient with us as we were not easy customers. Domingo deserves a raise. We will certainly recommend Orlando Kia West to anyone looking a vehicle. The entire organization deserves a five star rating. Thank! More

They have refreshments like bottled water, hot coffee,, tea, instant hot chocolate that you can make and different kinds of goodies like chips, crackers. , peanuts, cereal bars and they also have popcorn machine.. Also, free WiFi access while waiting for your car at the lounge.The only thing they did not do this time which they normally do was my car did not get washed as requested. Other than that , I love going to KIA for service. They are all friendly! More
