Great Customer Service but Small Lounge My service advisor Kevin was excellent!! I can barely turn around in that room which is why I gave 4 stars. U can barely get to the cashier’s desk to check out!! Too cluttered. But everything else was perfect. Friendly representatives I went in to buy a new car. They worked with me pretty well to accommodate my preferences. My salesman was Devon, and he was awesome and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push anything else on to me for the commission. The biggest downfall of this dealership is the amount of time I spent waiting when it came to paperwork. I spent an excess of 45 minutes just waiting to get to the finance department. I would still recommend simply for the employees and environment. More

Be prepared for constant change of price I’ve have come here for the past 4/5 years-ever since I purchased my Kia Rio. Most likely would not come here again; at least not this location. Every time Im here, I get a different price quote from the time I call to make a appointment to when I arrive. First and foremost , you should have the price written down; maybe people won’t be so shock or upset if they hear how much it ACTUALLY is. I was suppose to be taken care by Kevin (that’s what it said on the appointment confirmation) ..I got Chris , who by the way looked at me Crazy when I told him I had a different price quota of how much my spark plugs would be (the labor only , since I brought my own spark plugs-which I was told is OKAY) That’s what pisses me off about this place , they tell you one thing on the phone , and you wind up with a different conclusion once you bring your car in. If the price quote wasn’t what it was to begin with , I would not waste my time driving here. Looks like I’m going to have to bring my service’s else where. More
