Beware, Stay away 6 weeks and counting! Save yourself a headache. It’s been 6 weeks and they have yet to pay off the car we traded in. I turned in the keys of my tra 6 weeks and counting! Save yourself a headache. It’s been 6 weeks and they have yet to pay off the car we traded in. I turned in the keys of my trade on June 20th along with a deposit to order my new one. Told Our sales man Arturo what I wanted on the new car. I specifically told him a few times no pin stripes and or stickers or dealer logo of any kind. Drove a loaner for 6 days while my new car arrived. June 25 car arrived and sales man send me pics. First thing I noticed was pin stripes which I immediately called and reminded him to please have them removed. Scheduled the pick up for the next day mid afternoon. The morning of June 26 told sales man we will be there at 4pm. Wife and I arrived at 4 pm and waited over an hr. Finally car was brought up for us to see. My heart dropped. My new car had pinstripes and not detailed(dirt and spider web all over the car). Argued with the sales man about the pinstripes and was told sorry but car comes like that and can’t be removed, it is painted on. I reminded him that I had told him about pin strips from day one and that if it can’t be removed I don’t want the car and the deal is off. 2 hrs later they bring the car back and pin stripes had disappeared along with a not so good detailing job but at that point I just wanted to sign and drive the new car home. We then waited another 3 hrs for finance to tell us to take the car home and come back on Monday or anytime next week to finalize the financial paperwork. Keep in mind we had arrived at 4pm and by then it was like 9pm. Wife and I were extremely upset and told them we didn’t want to drive the car home with out paperwork. They finally decided to see us. We ended up leaving past 11pm. Tired, hungry and frustrated but finally we are done. Boy was I Wrong!!! June 30th salesmen txted asking for the trade in account number. Then.......First week pases by then the second and 3rd week passes and no pay off yet. I txted Arturo the salesmen on July 13th telling him that my trade in wasn’t paid off yet and how much more time before they paid it. No answer, no txt or call back. July 21st finally received a txt telling us that he had came back from California and that he needed a document. That document was sent that same day within an hr. I again asked him about the pay and why it’s took over 3 weeks to ask for that document. July 27th I txt Arturo again it’s been over 4 weeks and still waiting for the pay off. What a surprise no answer. At that point started to do our own investigation and tried calling dealer and asking for general MGR, sales manager and finance with no luck. The bank of the trade in(original loan) also tried calling. Also called the new finance bank and to my surprise we had no account with them as of that day. I then called consumer affairs and with there help made a 3 way call to discuss the situation. Thanks to consumers affairs our new account was created but no pay off yet. Monday August 3rd I txted, called the salesmen and again no answer from him. I guess once he gets his commission your no one to him. I stoped by the dealer and called and no luck. They keep giving me the run around and the bank keeps calling me for a payment or the pay off. Greenway Kia West has had my car since June 20th!!. It is now 6 weeks since they’ve received my trade in and we are not getting answers about the pay off. Our bank(original loan) even tried calling them but no luck. This is not the first time we trade a car in but it is the first time this has ever happened. So with this being said if your looking for professional dealership to purchase a car with, this is definitely not the one! More

Just bought the exact same car at KIA east Orlando for 6 thousand less. The sales guy told me there were no rebates and yes I was given rebates on the 2021 Kia Seltos SX. He was not willing to work with me, no wonder all the sales people were standing around doing nothing. They are liars and try to get you in. No good service. More

Everybody understands how it works. It's horse-trading. What is not fine, is when someone lies to you. If a dealer tells you that the car has never been in an accident but it has, you are buying something vastly different from what you think. If a dealer sells you a car that has had the odometer rolled back, that is misrepresentation. The law calls it fraud. This is my experience with Kia Greenway West in Orlando: When I purchased the 2020 Kia Sportage in June 2019, the sales representative (Edward) told me that the navigation system covered Mexico. This was VERY important to my wife and me, because we were moving to Mexico in October, and the roads are notoriously bad. An onboard navigation system can be a life or death matter. This figured highly in our decision to purchase a new car, so we specifically asked if the navigation system covered Mexico, and Edward told us that it did. There was no way to verify that the navigation system in the car was the correct version because the navigation chip was not in the car. This dealer does not put the owner's manual (and therefor the navigation chip) into the car until it has been sold. Checking on line, the map for the 2020 Kia Sportage had been updated to include Mexico in April of this year. So, I believed Edward, and my wife and I bought the car. Kia Greenway West misrepresented the car to me, and I had no opportunity to verify it until after I had paid for the car. Imagine my surprise when, upon crossing the border into Mexico, I had NO ONBOARD NAVIGATION SYSTEM, as the map ran out at the US/Mexico border. Because Edward no longer works for Kia Greenway West, I have been working with Ty Haynes, and Chris Barker. Initially, Ty indicated that the map update would be included under warrantee, and that although I could not come back to Kia Greenway West, that I could simply drive to the nearest Kia dealership in Mexico, to update the map under warrantee. I live in Zihuatanejo Mexico, and the nearest Kia dealership is in Acapulco. 271 KM (168 miles), and a road trip of 4 ½ hours each way…. this is not really an option. I contacted Ty, and informed him of the issue, and asked if the dealership could update my chip. My daughter lives in Orlando. I can send her the chip, she could take it into the dealer, and they could do the upgrade there. However, when I spoke with Chris, he said. “That deal is done.” It is sad to think that this is simply a transaction. I thought of this more as a relationship. My mother, before she passed away, drove a Kia Sorento; my daughter drives a Kia. We bought the Sportage because of the strength of the brand, and we have been a Kia family. We had been recommending the brand to our friends. Now, not so much. Their (edited for brevity) response follows. I will not comment on the poor communication: Thank you for contacting us about your concern in regards to the SD Card that came with your vehicle. Chris has spoken with management in regards to this and we have told you that we provided you the SD Card that was provided to us from Kia (specifically for your vehicle). Neither of us can confirm what Edward did or did not say but makes no difference as we are talking about your purchase about 6 months ago. We provided you with what options you have available to you at this time: (essentially pay $175) We provided you with everything that your vehicle was supposed to come with and there is nothing in writting stating this was promissed and you bring this to our attention 5-6 months after the fact. We will not be paying for not providing you with this update it is the responsibility of the consumer to update there map when they desire to. If it was me since you are such a Apple fan use your iPhone that is updated for free and is also familiar to you for maps. I hope this address your concerns once again. More

We paid off our truck in June of this year (2019) and still have not received our title. We have tried calling twice yesterday, Sept. 21st and when I was transferred to the Finance dept.it said to leave a message but the message box was full! I have called 4 times today asking to speak to a manager. I get the service dept. who then goes looking for someone to take my call. I was transferred to Finance dept. with the same results..mailbox was full. I was left hanging on the phone for 10 minutes and when someone finally answered and I started to speak he hung up. This is so unprofessional. I still have not spoken to anyone with any results. Bad, Bad, Bad customer service! More

We could not believe the question asked and how it had anything to do with us buying a car. But to start of with, we had called and asked whether the price was negotiable since we live a few hours away, we were told it was negotiable, although they would not reduce it a dollar. It was just a way to get us in. The price was even higher then the advertised internet price. When we asked to speak to a manager, a person not close to a sales manager approached us, was very rude, talked down to us. I could not believe my eyes and ears that these people had anything to do with sales and that someone let them represent a company. More

High Pressure. This by far has been the WORST experience I have had in a car dealership. I had recently been rear ended and needed to purchase a replacement car. My This by far has been the WORST experience I have had in a car dealership. I had recently been rear ended and needed to purchase a replacement car. My previous ride had been via Drivetime and I had fallen in love with my 2016 Kia Soul. I went to Orlando Kia West hoping perhaps they might have a newer model with a back up camera. I was very clear when I went in, what I could put down, and the payments per month I could afford. I was shown a very nice 2020 Kia soul, lots of bells and whistles. And while I loved the car I was concerned about the price. I orginally had my appointment with Karen, but she handed me off to another sales associate. The gentleman I was placed with for Sales was the most high pressure, rude, and dismissive person I have met. From the outset he was bound and determined to sell me this car at the exact price. I freely admit I have not so great credit, however if someone tells you from the outset, A) I have less then desirable credit, B) This is exactly how much I have to put down and C) Here are payments I know I can afford. How do you come back to them with numbers that require 3x the down payment amount and 200$ more then they said they could pay? I was baffled. I stood firm and then the wanting to get a co-signer push started. I was at the dealership with my girlfriend and over and over and over he wanted her to sign, even making her feel guilty for not offering. It was ludicrous! I even asked about a used car at a lower price point and I was told point blank it would be harder to finance a used car versus a new one. And he went for the co-signer angle for the 3rd time after being told a FIRM no. At that point I had enough. We left the dealership, and went to DriveTime on West Colonial. With in 2 hours I had a 2017 Kia soul, with a rearview camera (the only thing I really wanted), and payments in my budget, keys in hand. I am sure other Kia dealerships may be nice, but please at all cost avoid this one. More
