Pulling into the service department, I was met by a man who was very attentive and courteous. He took my information and referred me to a Service representative/young lady “ELIZABETH“. She processed my claim/concerns and asked me to go to the waiting room. I was told that it would take a while for my car to get service, so I had someone pick me up. Initially, my experience was not great, because I was being overcharged (according to my insurance company) for the parts & the labor/work that I needed done on my car, a KIA Soul, 2014. After very lengthy conversations with the Kia dealership, and then gaining an understanding of how the insurance works; a more comparable cost was understood, and agreed-upon: Thanks to Miss Bree! The next hurdle that I had to get over, was trying to get in contact with someone (on the phone) to get an update on the progress of my car being repaired. The system that they have in place is seriously flawed I called over 10 times, and was either sent to voicemail to leave a message.; Or the phone defaulted, and hung up on me. nevertheless, upon returning to the dealership and speaking with my service representative, ELIZABETH, she assured me that my car was repaired; charged me the fees that Miss Bree had quoted me, and thank me for my patience. Overall, I was just very happy to be able to pay a fair price to get my car repaired; and to actually get my car back on the same day, that I bought into the dealership. Horrible customer service! !! Only did half the maintenance on my car due to needing new tires, yet had my car for 5 1/2 HOURS! I dropped my car off at 1:30. They told me it wou !! They told me it would be ready by 445, because i needed their pick up service to come pick me back up and they close at 5 for that service. I didnt get my car till 7pm!! Asked if I wanted a complimentary wash when I dropped it off, I said yes. They never even bothered to wet the car let alone wash it!! Got my oil changed, they didn't reset my dash to show that the oil was even changed changed!! And any questions that I asked about these issues they blew me off like I was bothering THEM!! This location is absolutely TRASH!!! More
The service I received on this trip was much improved, I was acknowledged when I arrived with a smile and friendly conversation. My vehicle was returned in a timely manner. Each time I go to Greenway KIA (ORLANDO) I am greeted with a smile. This time it was with Wensel (Marti). I needed a few things done to my vehicle and Marti was on point with each of them.
