Mr. Williams was personable, friendly and welcoming. He was honest and direct in his communication, honest, kept me informed instead of me constantly calling him to find out about my vehicle. Scheduled my maintenance for 1:30pm. Service employee told me that is was going to be ready the same day. She said that the total was not going to be more than $430. I understand things happen so it was OK. I texted and called Elizabeth on Tuesday all day and she never answered or called back. Tuesday passed and nobody gave me information about my car. Wednesday morning I called to get information from somebody else and the receptionist told me that only the assigned service employee (Elizabeth) could give me info, that she was only the receptionist, and that I had to call back at 12pm that she starts her shift. Non sense way of customer service. I called at 12pm and I was told that she was coming late that day and to call back at 3pm, and again the receptionist told me that she was only the receptionist and that she couldn’t help me. I had to called the service manager, that was with another customer at the moment. They gave me his cellphone, I called no answer, I sent a text and he never texted or called me back. I called him again at 3pm and finally he answered and he told me, of course, that he was just reading my text. I gave him my information and he said that he was going to call me back in 10 minutes with information about my car. He called me back one hour later to inform that the car was ready. I went to pick up my car and of course, the service employee was not there, somebody else helped me and guess what, on top of the bad customer service they were trying to charge me $480, $50 more than the max they told me that they were going to charge me. I brought a coupon and after telling the customer service rep that I was not going to pay more than $430 he made changes on the system and I ended up paying $399. Still more than I was supposed to pay because my coupon was $50. That is not all, the cherry of the cake is still missing. The lady offered to wash my car, and guess what, not only they didn’t wash it, the two rims on the right side were all dirty with a white powder. Stay away from this place if you car needs a maintenance or at least from that lady. More

Service writer Mr Tony ensures all work is performed and calls/texts to inform of progress, any additional necessary services, and when car will be ready for pickup.
