Hichaim sucks Hichaim did not provide me with what i asked for instead he was so stuck on selling me a car over MY budget and failed as a salesman . I understand y'all get more money off the newer cars but I'm 25 and have spent the past 3 years reseachring and making sure this was the right thing for me to finance a car , I wanted the 2013 kia optima , I told him that i was already looking for cars under 10k he proceeded me tell me the bank doesn't approve much on those cars which is xx, I test drove a 2016 hyundai elantra nice car but i didn't want a new car until I got used to making payments . He totally ignored everything . He was disrespectful and tried to play me because i was a young female that came alone and he thought he was going to play me . I know about dealership fees and how they are not mandatory and it can be negotiated . I have done so much research on what to ask if he would have had more respect and time to really try to help me instead of telling me I need to help myself . I'm totally complaining and I don't appreciate my credit being ran so much and didn't even have someone really listen to me . Worst experience as a first time buyer . We ended up agreeing on a reasonable down payment but I never got to look for something I wanted. Im . I wasn't ready for a new car , I pay my bills alone and don't have much family to support me . The least he could have done was meet me at some point on what car I actually wanted. I had no problem putting up 1k , I may have not have it all at once but I could have saved it up in 2 pay checks. But I rather stick to the first car place I got approved for the interaction was totally different from them vs y'all. I was on the bus all morning and afternoon too feel disrespected as a person who was trying to live within their means not going above and beyond because it looks nice .there are actual people who want to be ahead in life and not behind I'm sorry I'm not rich to give out money through my xxx . Worst experience hands down but I walked out proud not committing to something I know I wasn't prepared for . More

Didn't check the paperwork and more I set up an appointment for an oil change and to get the engine harness replaced for a factory recall. When my wife arrived and was asked about th I set up an appointment for an oil change and to get the engine harness replaced for a factory recall. When my wife arrived and was asked about the service, she forgot ot to mention the oil change, and only discussed the replacement of the straps. They did finish earlier than we expected while he is good. But upon talking to my wife after she left I learned that the oil change was not done. I called to find out what happened. I talked with a service agent who passed me along to the man we worked with. The line got cut off I thought. I called him again and explained what happened. A different lady apologized and sent me to his phone again. Apparently he was busy and did not have voicemail so the phone cut off again. I called a third time and explained everything that happened and this new lady apologized again and took my information. So... After 20 minutes of this someone took my info. He returned my call which was good and I asked about what happened and I was told that it was busy. I asked if it was a normal practice to check the reservation and was told yes. He said there was an opening that same day but my wife could not one back the same day and I was at work all day. Though my wife did forget to mention the oil change, had he followed through with the procedure and checked the paperwork, he would have seen that I needed an oil change. I called and set up a other appointment next week for that and one other thing. If this occurs again, I will not be taking my car back there, which is sad because they used to be quite good.
