I have never really had a bad experience with buying a car from a dealership until I decided to buy from Greenway Kia. First I want to bring up their loyalty fee. The salesman brought up that if I had bee car from a dealership until I decided to buy from Greenway Kia. First I want to bring up their loyalty fee. The salesman brought up that if I had been a repeat buyer I would save $750.00. You would think that would mean if you were a loyal customer they would take $750.00 off of the price of the car. That is not how it works, if you are a first time buyer they tack on another $750.00, repeat buyers get the car without the fee. They charge you $750.00 for wanting to be a new customer. I was about to walk out the door because of that, but my wife really liked the Sorrento, and because we were buying pre-owned, I couldn’t find another one at the time. Also this was a Christmas present for my wife. After all the fees were added on, the price of the car was $5000.00 more than advertised. Even though I wasn’t happy with the price I went ahead and purchased the vehicle. When we test drove the car it was a very cold evening, so we drove with the heater on, and never tested out the a/c. (Big mistake). Since my wife gets cold easily, and the weather was pleasant, she didn’t run the a/c. Finally about 3 weeks later it was warm enough for her to turn on the a/c. She called me and was saying the a/c wasn’t blowing cold, well it’s one of these dual a/c’s and I thought she just wasn’t operating it right. I told her I would check it out. I didn’t get a chance to check it that day, and two days later she calls and says the brakes are making a funny noise, so I told her to take it in to Kia and get it looked at. After the car was checked I get a call saying all 4 rotors are bad and need to be replaced at 200 and some dollars each, and the a/c condenser has a hole in it and that’s $1200.00 to replace. This was a certified pre-owned vehicle that is supposed to get an extensive inspection, and all bad or worn parts should have been repaired or replaced. I haven’t even had the vehicle a month and all of a sudden I have to pay $2000 more on it. I wanted to know why I was sold a car with worn out rotors and bad a/c. I got the usual let me have someone call you back routine and I was expecting not to hear from anybody and I would have to call back. Unexpectedly, the service manager called back, and said he would go ahead and replace the front brakes, when I asked why he wouldn’t do the back also, he told me that miraculously the back brakes were ok. Now either I was originally trying to be sold brakes I didn’t need, or they just don’t want to fix the back brakes, I think both scenarios are a little troubling. Then he told me because they couldn’t tell when the condenser was damaged, I would have to pay for that. I believe that the condenser was damaged when I bought the vehicle, because obviously they did not do an extensive inspection on it. Because I have no proof, they absolutely refuse to even consider that it may have been that way. I haven’t even had the vehicle a month, it’s not like this was 6 months later. If they had good customer service and were a decent company, they would take care of it. Instead they would rather lose a customer from ever buying from them again, plus I will discourage all my friends and relatives from ever buying from them. Let me give an example of good customer service I received. I had my windshield replaced back in August, and a couple of weeks ago a rock flew into my new windshield and cracked it. I called the glass company and told them what happened, and I was informed the warranty doesn’t cover outside damage, but they sent a technician to look at it. While the tech was inspecting the windshield, we started talking about how the warranty doesn’t cover the damage, when he suddenly turned to me and said, that the windshield wasn’t installed right. Because of that he replaced the windshield under the warranty. Because of customer service like that, I will recommend this company to anybody, and they have earned my loyalty. (The company was Safelite Glass by the way) I have another example from another car dealership that I may post at another time. I know this was a long review, but I wouldn’t recommend Greenway. They have ridiculous fees,, shady service practices and lousy customer service. More

Bought a used KIA and they couldn’t find the spare key! Salesman promised he would get it for us. Made up some lame excuse they lost it but the seller traded it in with BOTH keys!! Alway issues with their service center. I called and asked twice about the shuttle service because I was dropping off my car to do the Oil change and a recall to my 2020 Kia Forte (what would take about asked twice about the shuttle service because I was dropping off my car to do the Oil change and a recall to my 2020 Kia Forte (what would take about 3-4 hours) and they said that they could drop me off and there was a "5 MILES RADIUS" limit what I should be fine. When I got there the woman who was receiving my car said that they couldn't drop me off because my address was out of their insured radius but it was 5.7 miles driven what was inside from their 5 miles radius that suppose to be the limit. I ended up not doing the service because I couldn't wait 4 hours sitting in the dealership and I booked a new service in City kia that are a little further away but they can leave me where I need to. I won't be going back there anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone! More

Do not go to this dealership. I was promised that they would take care of all end of lease costs including mileage overage if I signed a new lease. Four months after signing new lease I had a negative cr would take care of all end of lease costs including mileage overage if I signed a new lease. Four months after signing new lease I had a negative credit report b/c they did not pay the $2000 end of lease obligations. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone in their finance department and have had no luck. I keep getting ignored or recommended to their sales team. We have been buying or leasing kia for 10 years but will never buy kia again b/c of this dealership's neglect. More

Originally, I was at City Kia buying a Kia Forte Ex.Then Greenway Kias website offered it for cheaper and City Kia said they were down as far as they could go I contacted Greenway Kia andthey were able to Greenway Kias website offered it for cheaper and City Kia said they were down as far as they could go I contacted Greenway Kia andthey were able to go down 500 more. When I arrived the car wasnt there, I started purchasing this car which was not available to inspect. After putting 5,000 down I learned the car had 3,500 miles on it. Additionally, I learned that the out the door price was not correct my zipcode was off and they didnt have the correct license status in making the bill go up $500 more. Then I get the car reluctantly wanting to continue with the deal as the other car had the Smart Rearview mirror and was now the same price and only had 49 miles on it. The car is at 10% tank of gas. 1 key is missing. Sirius XM was used in Nov 2019 and expired in Feb 2020. The manager left so I could not get gassed up. It was dark so the detail was poor, there is still stickiness from the sales signs on the window and some red chalk wax on it. Then the next morning at home the tire was flat. Later I find out I purchased a cargo net and it was missing. Im told I can come back at a later time for the key, Sirius, Gas, and Detail. After 2 weeks I dont hear back. On 9/23 I texted the car salesman saying Im going out of town I will have to stop by 9/23 or 9.24 (19 days after purchase) regardless of the key being available. I say I get off work 3-7pm and would stop by. I stop by and the detailers are too busy to clean my car. The gas card is denied at the pump. The service department is closed and I drive over there wait 45 min for my cargo net and am told to come back at a later time. I'm frustrated. I received an incomplete car and am making all of these extra trips to a dealer which was fairly far away. I get a "New" car with 3,000 miles that Im told after I make the purchase because City kia called me to say that the car has many miles and was leased or used by other people. Also The Service manager does not return calls..very frustrating when you have problems...I would personally stay away from this dealership they are deceitful, unresponsive to calls, and do you wrong. Will never deal with them again. Never returned messages and sold the car I was interested right out from under me. Texted and tried to call this morning before driving down there and again no answer. When I got there, I was told they sold the car last night, and the person I dealt with online wouldn't come out of her office to speak with me. More

Told Our sales man Arturo what I wanted on the new car. I specifically told him a few times no pin stripes and or stickers or dealer logo of any kind. Drove a loaner for 6 days while my new car arrived. June 25 car arrived and sales man send me pics. First thing I noticed was pin stripes which I immediately called and reminded him to please have them removed. Scheduled the pick up for the next day mid afternoon. The morning of June 26 told sales man we will be there at 4pm. Wife and I arrived at 4 pm and waited over an hr. Finally car was brought up for us to see. My heart dropped. My new car had pinstripes and not detailed(dirt and spider web all over the car). Argued with the sales man about the pinstripes and was told sorry but car comes like that and can’t be removed, it is painted on. I reminded him that I had told him about pin strips from day one and that if it can’t be removed I don’t want the car and the deal is off. 2 hrs later they bring the car back and pin stripes had disappeared along with a not so good detailing job but at that point I just wanted to sign and drive the new car home. We then waited another 3 hrs for finance to tell us to take the car home and come back on Monday or anytime next week to finalize the financial paperwork. Keep in mind we had arrived at 4pm and by then it was like 9pm. Wife and I were extremely upset and told them we didn’t want to drive the car home with out paperwork. They finally decided to see us. We ended up leaving past 11pm. Tired, hungry and frustrated but finally we are done. Boy was I Wrong!!! June 30th salesmen txted asking for the trade in account number. Then.......First week pases by then the second and 3rd week passes and no pay off yet. I txted Arturo the salesmen on July 13th telling him that my trade in wasn’t paid off yet and how much more time before they paid it. No answer, no txt or call back. July 21st finally received a txt telling us that he had came back from California and that he needed a document. That document was sent that same day within an hr. I again asked him about the pay and why it’s took over 3 weeks to ask for that document. July 27th I txt Arturo again it’s been over 4 weeks and still waiting for the pay off. What a surprise no answer. At that point started to do our own investigation and tried calling dealer and asking for general MGR, sales manager and finance with no luck. The bank of the trade in(original loan) also tried calling. Also called the new finance bank and to my surprise we had no account with them as of that day. I then called consumer affairs and with there help made a 3 way call to discuss the situation. Thanks to consumers affairs our new account was created but no pay off yet. Monday August 3rd I txted, called the salesmen and again no answer from him. I guess once he gets his commission your no one to him. I stoped by the dealer and called and no luck. They keep giving me the run around and the bank keeps calling me for a payment or the pay off. Greenway Kia West has had my car since June 20th!!. It is now 6 weeks since they’ve received my trade in and we are not getting answers about the pay off. Our bank(original loan) even tried calling them but no luck. This is not the first time we trade a car in but it is the first time this has ever happened. So with this being said if your looking for professional dealership to purchase a car with, this is definitely not the one! More
