We understand your frustration and concern regarding the issues you experienced with your vehicle just three days after purchasing it, especially since it was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. Discovering a cabin water leak from clogged lines, vehicle vibration, bad rear tires, and needing an alignment and new rotors is completely unacceptable for a vehicle that is supposed to have passed a rigorous inspection. Providing total transparency and delivering a reliable, fully inspected vehicle with complete peace of mind is very important to us, and we deeply regret that we fell short of these standards in this instance.
