He misunderstood me and did it change the battery which is the original reason the car was towed there. Diagnosis done and front brakes were changes (which was not the burning issue). I have no issue with Lisan or Kia but I cannot give a better rating after the experience and waste of lot of my time. More

Didn't get any service done because you didn't have the part. Was a waste of time. You could have told me that and then determined what you needed while I was still there, instead of taking 6 hours to have part. Was a waste of time.
