It started well but I waited an hour and 10 minutes after I received the message that my car was ready before receiving it which made me lose an hour of time I needed to prepare for a performance. No one ever came to let me know it was finished or give me the car as I waited in the waiting room. I also came outside and waited chatting with the window cleaning guy who checks for cracks - Michael Jackson. When I inquired of why no one has given me the car, a woman out and took about 10 - 15 minutes looking for the car. When it was finally parked up front - I walked with her the first time to look for it - she said it had been getting washed but it had not been washed. It was still dirty. More

Slow, they left my car running for 30 minutes Both of my service visits have been subpar. First visit they forgot to rotate my tires and I had to go back a 2nd time. Took them 3.5 hours to change oil and ro service visits have been subpar. First visit they forgot to rotate my tires and I had to go back a 2nd time. Took them 3.5 hours to change oil and rotate my tires between two visits. Last visit was ok but my app notified me that my vehicle was running for 30 minutes. I asked Patrick what was happening and why the vehicle was running. He said they had to leave it running because the porters can't have the keys or something. Leaving someone's car running for 30 minutes is a bit ridiculous. I will be looking for a different dealership for my service if possible. I also recommend that you teach your employees to introduce themselves and provide their name, possibly shake hands. More
