Jennifer was so nice and always available for my calls! However the dealership as a whole did not offer rental vehicles for service covered under warranty, gives me the run around on the reimbursement, and However the dealership as a whole did not offer rental vehicles for service covered under warranty, gives me the run around on the reimbursement, and the actual work took 24 days which is a long time to be without a vehicle. Jennifer and a few members there were nice in the process and I understand these things are beyond there control but the company as a whole should revisit their policies and estimated turnaround times. Ever since I got my first service here my car is not the same. It makes noises and it’s seems they did not do their job.
