This has been the single worst dealership experience I have ever had. I brought my vehicle into the service department for a simple interior handle replacement, and they managed to ruin the interior door have ever had. This is now my third time returning to this dealership for the exact same issue. Every time they attempt to fix the scratch they caused, they make it significantly worse.
