This was the first time I came in for service. They were not able to wash my car because the car washer had gone home. They took three hours to change the oil and tire Rotation. I had an appointment scheduled. I can see unscheduled appointments taking longer. I did receive a free oil change for this was my first service sent I bought the car there. Service people were polite, yet I don't think it should take three hours to change the oil and tire rotation. If I schedule another one I will take a loaner car home and return when my car is ready. This was for a tire rotation and a pre 8000 mile check up. It was suggested to add a couple of other things to the list for service and it was much appreciated.
