The service department at this dealership is not very pleasant. Very abrupt and unprofessional - mostly the service manager! I took my vehicle in for 3 things 2 were shot down as "out of warranty" ( pleasant. Very abrupt and unprofessional - mostly the service manager! The team needs to work on managing customer expectations. Do not say a service will be completed at a time that cannot be met. My service was promised to be completed in 2 hrs and it took 4 hrs.
