Nick made our experience great from the start. Nick was very attentive to our needs and made sure our service was exceptional. Nick arranged for us to be taken to a restaurant for lunch given the Nick was very attentive to our needs and made sure our service was exceptional. Nick arranged for us to be taken to a restaurant for lunch given the wait time for my oil change and tire rotation was over 2 hours long. Doriell was very nice and friendly driving us to and from the restaurant. The both of them deserves 10 stars ?? More
I requested a shuttle to take me home while my car is being serviced. Confirmed that with my service rep. I was told to wait 20mins. However I ended up waiting 45 mins. Then I was told a shuttle was read being serviced. Confirmed that with my service rep. I was told to wait 20mins. However I ended up waiting 45 mins. Then I was told a shuttle was ready. I am sitting in the vehicle , waiting for the driver. I am then told by another rep that I have to wait get out of the vehicle for the shuttle to take someone else. Getting back into the shop she says I will get you another shuttle and never returns. I am now waiting another 30 minutes without a word from my rep. I would like to add that I was receiving help from another contracted employee with another company ( Glass/windshelid repair) . Who was attempting to communicate with my services rep about my situation. After another rep, heard my complaint then my rep louis finally appears to apologize and offer a complementary service that I never received. (car wash /oil change and reimbursement for my Uber ) my service rep never spoke with me for 2 whole hours , a non employee was trying to help and I spoke to 2 other service reps who also were trying to support. Horrible. More
