Year old Kia Soul, bought brand new. Appt at 10:20 a.m. due to their recall. No call regarding diagnosis. Called at the end of the day and "my guy" was already gone. Going on 26 hours now with no update, nobody's available for discussion, voice mail boxes are full. I've missed part of my work for two days now. This "service" doesn't generate any revenue, otherwise I imagine I'd have my car back by now. This is the second time I've been screwed on this thing. More

I purchased my 2015 Kia Soul a bit ago and was never given my floor mats which were in the car when I test drove it. I reached out multiple times only to be given the brush off every time. I had my sister with me during the test drive and she saw them as well. This is absolutely unacceptable. And what’s the deal with your “complimentary amenities” for customers waiting 2 hours for an oil change? I wouldn’t think it would be too difficult to stock simple things like water and coffee for your customers WHO SPENT THOUSANDS of dollars to purchase a vehicle from you and continue to have their car serviced at your dealership. Overall, I am very disappointed in this dealership and plan on purchasing my next Kia elsewhere. More

Bought a Kia from another dealer, now I have to come to this horrible Kia dealer to get repairs done under warranty. I hate them. First time, it took them 2 days to fix my back windows; today, they didn't this horrible Kia dealer to get repairs done under warranty. I hate them. Tried to text the desk clerk that had informed me the repair was done, to begin with: he told me sorry, let me see what I can do. Never heard from him again. They also refuse to make me another appointment over the phone because they are too busy. Emailed the GM, crickets. More

I would give the service department zero stars if I could. My alleged "Service Representative" was condescending, rude and inflammatory with no people skills. He was more concerned with computer entries than arranging for the release of my car. Getting a return phone call was like pulling teeth. I decided not to have my repairs completed there because I was able to get a brake master cylinder replaced at one third the price. After being told to "take a seat and I'll call you when I'm ready" was the last straw. I spoke to the Service Manager regarding my experience and she seemed receptive but this is the second time In the last few months that I've had a bad experience there. To top it off, they were trying to sell me new brakes when I know for a fact that they were in good shape. I own 2 KIA's and basically they're a good car but I will never buy another if this is the service I can expect. More
