I’ve had so many bad experiences at this dealership- they don’t care about the customer they just worry about making money. Starting from an issue where i had a recall on my engine and it was completely swap don’t care about the customer they just worry about making money. Starting from an issue where i had a recall on my engine and it was completely swapped out (took 2 weeks to complete the job) and having to fight for a rental / reimbursement- to my latest issue of having engine troubles (different car) just to find out it’s the alternator and being charged $200 and quoted $2000 for an alternator is insane. I dropped my car off on Monday and no one did any work on the vehicle until Tuesday because they claimed they had the wrong number which is inaccurate because I called twice for a follow up on the given Monday. There is no customer service and i was spoken to in an ill manner for no reason This is the worst Kia dealer in Orlando More
Since my service warranty is expired, I won’t be going there anymore. They charge significantly more than a mechanic for the same thing. They did not provide updates unless I called. Multiple times I was told “15-20 minutes and I’ll update you”, nope. Not the first time with this place and the customer service being terrible. The one specific thing I asked for them to change, a lightbulb change, they did not do. More
