Your service department is very professional and knowledgeab I love my Kia Rio and when I experienced an issue with it, I immediately called for roadside assistance. Had my car towed to Kia at East Colonial Dr a I love my Kia Rio and when I experienced an issue with it, I immediately called for roadside assistance. Had my car towed to Kia at East Colonial Dr and was called upon arrival of my Rio at their premises by Carlos Alejo. He asked me to explain the issue I had with it and that he would called me back. Later on that day after his thorough inspection, he explained that my steering wheel must have been in a lock mode and that's why my Rio wouldn't start up that morning. I was embarrassed and asked him if this has only happened to women and he said "no" he's had some men experience this lockmode on their steering wheels also. LOL. I now know what to do should this happened to me again. Thank you, Carlos Alejo. It was a frustrating moment not being able to turn on my car to head out to work but turned out to be a learning experience and super "funny' also. It's all good! Thanks, again Carlos! excellent customer service I purchased a used vehicle about 10 months ago from Orlando Kia East the experience was flawless my salesman KP Jimenez was not only very professiona I purchased a used vehicle about 10 months ago from Orlando Kia East the experience was flawless my salesman KP Jimenez was not only very professional, he was patient, courteous and made my car buying experience very pleasant.. I was not surprised when I returned a few months later for an oil change to learn he was promoted to manager! Since then I have returned several times to service my vehicle and Mr Jimenez always takes the time ( even as a manager) to come and say hello. To me that is great customer service. I also would like to mention in the service dept Mr Carlos Alejo another great employee with impeccable customer service every time I have taken my vehicle for service the work is done promptly and professional. Thank you KP and Carlos for all you do! More

Their Service Department is not knowledgeable. I brought in my car just for an oil change. While I had it in there, I asked them about a FOB that my better half had. When she approached the vehicle I brought in my car just for an oil change. While I had it in there, I asked them about a FOB that my better half had. When she approached the vehicle after leaving it overnight, the vehicle did not recognize the FOB. The service department greeter knew nothing about what the problem was, I talked with the guy in the parts department and was told that it could be the battery going out. I replaced it and it is working well now. I also had a coupon for an oil change and the service people refused to honor it even though there was no expiration on it. They claimed that the "contract" had an expiration date on it but refused to produced it. Plus this same person kept calling me "BOSS" instead of Mr. or Sir. They have absolutely no respect for their customers. I walked out on them and will never be back!!!!! More
