The guy trying to sale me a car needs to listen to the customer. I told him how much I can afford but he kept trying to sell it more than I can afford. I was told that my car would be finished in 2 hours by the service team. I was not called or notified of my vehicle's status. I called and was hung up on/waiting on hold for a few times on sunday; still n the service team. I was not called or notified of my vehicle's status. I called once again on Monday morning (after having to take off of work due to not having a vehicle). They told me that the car was just finished and it is ready for pickup. I think they forgot to put in the system that my car was complete and made it seem like the car was completed AS SOON as I called. Also, some worker was sleeping at the desk when I came in at 11am on Saturday morning. Do better. More
