I took my car for service and the very next week . I smelled my car burning open the hood no coolant, no oil and washer fluids. They was supposed to rotate tires and that wasn't done. I called and spoke with kia rep in regards to everything she stated that she would get the message to manager still to this date I've yet to hear from anyone. I sent pictures and messages to manager and no response. Very disappointed because thus makes the second time my vehicle has went through this. More

I used to go to Kia's service center for the expertise they offered on my vehicle and the additional services - comp car wash, shuttle service, etc. Those amenities are no longer offered and at this last they offered on my vehicle and the additional services - comp car wash, shuttle service, etc. Those amenities are no longer offered and at this last visit I paid 150 for a standard oil change and 200 more for an error code diagnosis, even though a multi point maintenance inspection is supposedly "included" with oil change. Additionally, if using credit to pay, Kia passes along the fees to the customer. It doesn't make sense to come to Kia for standard maintenance any more. The experience is compromised and they have passed along costs to their client to save money. More
