Went in for an oil change and my 8K mileage service check. The oil reset wasn't done, so every time I start the car it gives a message that I am overdue. I was told that the service would take about an hour, I took about an hour and 45 min. My Kia app states my next service will be another 8K miles, but the oil sticker on the windshield states a lot sooner, so not sure which to follow. More

My vehicle was supposed to be done by end of day. It was not and even though I spoke with someone at 5pm and they said they'd get back to me, they never did. I was unable to get my vehicle until the next morning and then only because I called to check on it. Their computers were down so I know that made it difficult, but that doesn't excuse the vehicle not being done or lack of communication to let me know that. I had to change.several people's plans to accommodate this oversight. I've had more bad experiences than good ones at this service center. More

We were in Orlando on vacation and about to begin our trip back to Pennsylvania when our check engine light came on for our Sorento.
