The issue is with communication. Originally I brought my EV6 in with a charging issue on April 30. They could not replicate the issue as they used a level 3 charger instead of a leve Originally I brought my EV6 in with a charging issue on April 30. They could not replicate the issue as they used a level 3 charger instead of a level 2. I brought it back to the dealership at the end of May with the same issue. This time they tried the level 2 and level. 1 chargers and it wouldn't charge. Back to the reason for the low score - not once did Joshua call or text to provide me an update on the car. I would have to try numerous times to get anyone to answer the phone when I would call and all I would get is that Joshua will call me right back. Problem is he never would. I also tried to leave messages for the service manager, but her mailbox is full and hangs up on you. The only way to communicate with Joshua was to drive down to the dealership and hunt him down to get an update. Finally, after close to four weeks, they found the issue (which they knew what it was after a few days, but Kia wanted to try everything under the sun first) and completed the repair. Luckily, my wife works at home and we had an extra car at our disposal while the car was in the shop. At no time was I offered a loaner or rental even though it states that they have them on their website. So, the issue here is communication or the lack of it. I spent hours trying to get in touch with Joshua over the days between calls and texts. It's frustrating to be left in the dark when a simple text or call stating where things are would alleviate that frustration. More

They are super nice as people, but the number of miscommunications and times that I had to return because they couldn't get it completed was maddening. They had my car from april 28 to july 10. They stopped responding to us in early June.
