Matthew in a he service department kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle while in the service department. When my service was completed he walked me to the cashier and then to my vehicle. Since my service warranty is expired, I won’t be going there anymore. They charge significantly more than a mechanic for the same thing. I asked for an inspection because my car was shaking, and the servi there anymore. They charge significantly more than a mechanic for the same thing. I asked for an inspection because my car was shaking, and the service advisor advised me against it, but I knew something was wrong, which they found and so did a local shop. The exact same thing. They did not provide updates unless I called. Multiple times I was told “15-20 minutes and I’ll update you”, nope. Not the first time with this place and the customer service being terrible. The one specific thing I asked for them to change, a lightbulb change, they did not do. More
I’ve had so many bad experiences at this dealership- they don’t care about the customer they just worry about making money. Starting from an issue where i had a recall on my engine and it was completely swap don’t care about the customer they just worry about making money. Starting from an issue where i had a recall on my engine and it was completely swapped out (took 2 weeks to complete the job) and having to fight for a rental / reimbursement- to my latest issue of having engine troubles (different car) just to find out it’s the alternator and being charged $200 and quoted $2000 for an alternator is insane. I dropped my car off on Monday and no one did any work on the vehicle until Tuesday because they claimed they had the wrong number which is inaccurate because I called twice for a follow up on the given Monday. There is no customer service and i was spoken to in an ill manner for no reason This is the worst Kia dealer in Orlando More

This review specifically addresses Kia Greenway East Orlando. GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONE WHEN A CUSTOMER IS IN FRONT OF YOU! I have had to take my car in 3 times (2016 Kia sportage) for recalls. THEY sent me a recall on the HECU and security system. I called to see if I could get both recalls done at the same time (they are a long drive from my home). I was told “No” bc they don’t carry the recall parts in stock…ITS A RECALL!! Why in the world would they not have these NECESSARY parts in stock?? Regardless, the security upgrade was done, the HECU (which in the recall that tells you not to park near anything bc your vehicle can catch on fire even if not in use). They told me they ordered it that day…it’s been about a month and I’ve heard nothing that the part has come in or anything from them. I will call them tomorrow to see if the needed HECU they supposedly ordered has come in. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I had a decent experience when I bought my vehicle; but the rest of my interactions with this dealership has been aggravating and frustrating. More
