Jonathan was Great at working internet deals; via text, emails and phone; getting the right car, dealing with a trade and seeking financing rates went pretty smoothly. However the paperwork process still emails and phone; getting the right car, dealing with a trade and seeking financing rates went pretty smoothly. However the paperwork process still drags on; and it seems as if financial person has never seen someone actually read the forms, which needs to be understood as legal contracts and binding, so people should be encouraged to take their time reading them; that wasn’t feeling that at all. Also, paperwork documents should be provided in the proper order. To sum it up Jonathan has earned a shot at all my future auto deals as he provide exceptional customer service and support. More
