It is a loud and hectic place with the service waiting area attached directly to the sales floor. The service staff is attentive, but definitely over taxed. I only went to them this time because I had to due to a specialty bulb replacement. The new Service Advisor, Fin, was good, but my previous 2 visits were not at all satisfactory. Additionally, this facility now charges 3% for using a credit card; fortunately I had enough cash with me when I saw the sign at the cashier desk. (When you book an appointment online, nothing about this is indicated.) The last time I was there they would not accept cash. (I do not use a debit card because if compromised the thief would have direct access to my bank account.) And they rob you of $4.99 for a "record storage fee" at every visit. I have dealt with this facility since 2008 and they used to be great! But now I use my local mechanic whenever possible. More
