We could realize that he knows everything about his work, he explained all about that car clear but using the correct and technical words. In other hand, form the point of view of business, George did all his best to give us the best price, he gave us 4 prices trying to resolve our situation, in other financial conditions, we would have bought that car because the last price he gave us was irresistible. I am 59 years old and I never had the opportunity to work with that good seller. Finally, let me say that he has a very good temperament and that is very important because that kind of person is remembered and you come back to where you was well attended. More

At the time we did not expected to come out of the lot with a new car. The 2015 Kia Optima that I picked for my son had some scratches on both sides of the car. The car was sent to the painting shop to be fixing three times, after the third time we asked the dealer to swap the car for another (same color same type). Through all these events the Salesman Charlene Pillot worked with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the vehicle. She maintained communication with us including on her own personal time to make sure that everything was correct. Charlene told us that this was the first car that she ever sold. Her professionalism and attention to detail was surpassed. I will recommend that anyone that needs a new or old car to see her and experience her work ethics. More

However as we were checking out a car of interest we turned around and Freddy was there offering his help. Freddy gave us all the details about the car and then we went inside to check for numbers. At one point we were about to change our minds, but Freddy did all the impossible to keep us there. He worked we us diligently and patiently until he got us to rethink our decision. Freddy was very kind and courteous and made us feel very comfortable. He really hustle to make this sale. Freddy is Great I just purchased a new Kia from Freddy Alvria. I have purchased many cars in my life and Freddy is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered. He answered every question we had he did his best to make us comfortable while we were there. I give him 5 stars. There was only one draw back to our entire experience. When my wife and I met with the gentleman for the Finance Department he was pushy, rude and inconsiderate. He did not want to take no for an answer on the extra warranty. My wife said no three times and he still tried to bring it up again. More

Worst service ever! They only care about their commission. We went to buy a car almost 3months ago (August 2014), eager to sell car and when deal is done they do not care about your needs anymore. When we were ready to leave, the car the navigation and radio system were not working, we had to leave the car for a couple of days so this can be fixed. When they fixed the issue and we were ready to take the car the check engine light went off and the car did not want to start because battery was bad. We were almost going daily to dealership to resolve all this issue; they made us wait over 2 hrs. almost all the time and they when had to come back again. Once again we had to leave the car so this can be fixed. We had to ask for a loaner several times; in one instance they gave me the car without signing any paperwork and another time they gave me a loaner which they had to pick up the same night because the car was already sold and because of their miss-communication issues they came home at around 10PM!!! We waited over a week to get the car and they wanted to give me the car with empty tank!. I had told the whole issue to sales manager Mr. Wayne who was helpful but promised to follow up and as of today he has not. I asked for big boss #, Mr. Luis Morejon and did not call so nobody will be fired. Today we try to turn on car and the battery is not working; mind you, when the car did not start at dealership, according to staff they put a brand new battery and 3 months later we had to jump car to start it. My husband took to dealer and they did not do nothing for him; they just wasted out time and using their usual words "we cannot do anything about it"! This people need to re-train on customer service skills; put customer needs first instead of their own. Mr. Kirpal Jimenez dared to call me and begged me to complete an excellent review; do you think I did? Of course not! He was the 1st one today to ignore my husband and did not even try to assist him.
