Everyone from the front door to when I left was very friendly and helpful. From talking to me about what I was looking for to suggesting cars, through the financing process they couldn't have been any friendly and helpful. At first I was a little apprehensive about buying a new vehicle because I'm a first time buyer. However after dealing with Charles Banks he was more then accomdating and extremely helpful, and knowledgeabl vehicle because I'm a first time buyer. However after dealing with Charles Banks he was more then accomdating and extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicle over all.I would recommend this dealship and Charles Banks to any first time buyers. Had a great experience purchasing my first new car, she was VERY helpful and outgoing. Wasn't pushy at all and I wouldn't have left with a car if it wasn't for her and her helpful information.
