Broken Promises The first few days of march my partner and I came into the dealership to purchase a vehicle. The sales manager, KP made promises while we were talking The first few days of march my partner and I came into the dealership to purchase a vehicle. The sales manager, KP made promises while we were talking that we could have a switch blade key and keyless entry installed after we purchased the car. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and sat with the finance manager Sekula who was very pleasant. Problems started when we got the vehicle home. We were under the impression that the vehicle we purchased was NEW. We quickly realized this wasn't the case. When they brought the car around we noticed a chip in the plastic door paneling which we were promised would be fixed by KP. When we got home and were looking around we found a full size beach umbrella in the back of the trunk which had clearly been used. Imagine our surprise when this was supposed to be a "NEW" car. About a week later we made an appointment to bring the car in and have the keyless entry and switch blade key installed as well as have some small things looked at. The service department then told us they couldn't install a switch blade key unless it came from the factory but they could do an "after market" keyless entry but had no record from the sales team that we were waiting on the keyless entry. We went back and spoke with the sales team who again promised it was no problem and they would take care of it. The next day after not hearing back from anyone after multiple phone calls we were finally able to get in contact with the sales manager who apologized for the mix up but they would only be able to do the after market keyless entry. On what should have been a brand new car?? The "free" three month Sirius radio subscription worked for 1 day and stopped. We were promised by the sales team it would be taken care of at least twice and it still doesn't work a month later. Still waiting on the service department to call us back to fix the chip in the door panel. Zero guest recovery on broken promises and STILL no follow up. SO disappointing. We will NEVER do business here again and encourage anyone else to take their business elsewhere. More

New Car My son and I recently went to this Kia dealership ( February 28th) we were searching for a new car for me. We had already visited another Kia to which My son and I recently went to this Kia dealership ( February 28th) we were searching for a new car for me. We had already visited another Kia to which we were totally ignored. By that I mean we walked around the parking lot, we enter the building and No-One approached us. We had seen the reviews on this Kia in East Colonial and decided to go to it. We were quickly greeted by a waving and big smile gentle men who introduce himself as Sam ( Issam). He was very welcoming and helpful. We explained we were just starting our search and had other dealerships to go to, but if we did not fine what we needed elsewhere we'd be back. He was neither offended nor pushy. He gave us his card and wish us well. We were back the next day, and met with Sam. This was my first new car and it was very overwhelming. However, he was extremely patient, courteous and listen to us as to what we were looking for in a car. We also met with Hicham Belaharsa, these young men made my son and I feel as our concerns where important to them and did everything possible to assist us. I highly recommend this KEA Dealership due to everyone we encounter were extremely kind and welcoming and both Sam and Hicham, two young men who are very competent in their job, helpful and demonstrate Great Customer Service Skills.
