The worst! Wish I could rate a negative zero!! From lack of communication, organization, sense of urgency in getting their customers out the door, to customer s Wish I could rate a negative zero!! From lack of communication, organization, sense of urgency in getting their customers out the door, to customer service (or lack thereof). What a joke! With the exception of that guy Xavier, the rest of the staff need more training and/or perhaps unpaid time off until they can get it together. Your customers spend too much time and money there, to be treated as if we're another number. And will someone PLEASE make sure there's water, snacks etc.stocked? Always out! Geesh! More

Unhappy Loyal Customer for 12 Years On March 22, 2017, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Sedona at Orlando Kia East. As soon as I arrived home, I realized I left my GPS device in a On March 22, 2017, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Sedona at Orlando Kia East. As soon as I arrived home, I realized I left my GPS device in a storage compartment and called the dealership. I immediately informed the dealership about the situation (also a roll of quarters for tolls missing and tapes). Four hours later, I called back informing the salesman and he said he forgot to go look. An hour later, he called me back and told me there was nothing there and the dealership was not responsible. I mentioned if the vehicle was still there, I would go look and he said it was already sent to auction. I find it very hard to believe the van could be ready for auction that quick. This would be just the beginning the disrespectful treatment I received from the Sales Department, specifically Kirpal Jimenez (KP). I would like to mention I have no issues with the van I purchased. It rides well and I have received many compliments. It comes down to the principle about the promises that were made and the way my wife and I were treated. My wife and I are both senior citizens. I intended to purchase a new van, however my wife is battling cancer and I suffered a heart attack. Needless to say, the medical bills are adding up. When the Sales person mentioned a certified pre-owned automobile, I thought it might be a more affordable alternative. Reliable transportation is very important because my wife and I have many doctor’s appointments during the week. When I was considering purchasing this automobile I was promised two things. 1. Rain guards would be installed. 2. Several paint scratches would be removed. After further inspection, I also noticed the bumper was pushed out. The rain guards were installed and David Dukes attempted to buff out the scratches. However, the next day the scratches came right back. I brought my van back and spoke to David Dukes about my dissatisfaction with the repairs. He said I should have “read the fine print” and there was nothing he could do. Only after I threatened going to Better Business Bureau, Action 9 News and Kia’s website did I get a call back. David Dukes said he would have a meeting and he was pretty sure he could get the van fixed. An hour later he told me to bring the van back. David Dukes gave me a loaner car during the repairs which I appreciated. One week later he told me the car was done. When I looked at the van only 50% of the scratches were repaired and the bumper wasn’t touched. I would like to mention how impressed I was with several members of the Service Department. Especially Gina Carpio and Edward Cotto. These young people treated this senior citizen with so much respect and genuine concern for my situation and well-being. There are not enough stars to represent my appreciation for the service department. I have been a loyal Kia customer for over 12 years now and bought 4 cars from Kia. I am a senior citizen with a wife who is very sick at this time. Some scratches were fixed but overall, I am not pleased with the amount of time and aggravation it took for the simple repairs to be completed. The bottom line is to always “read the fine print” when making any purchase. I was told I would be treated like family. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I bought a very reliable van, but the Sales Department did not stand up to their promises. I have made several attempts to reach the Sales Department and have not received a single response. I emailed Azmir Jusic, General Manager, and gave him ample time to respond and did not get a response. Evidently, the dealership does not stand by their belief in customer service or stand by their loyal customers. I believe this shows their lack of customer service. I’m considering contacting Action 9 news and I encourage anyone else with similar concerns to do the same. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I can’t tell anyone where to shop, but I will never buy another Kia. I look forward to your reply. John Aloi More
